Having a complicated dental history and relocating permanently to Bluffton, SC a few short months ago, my first priority was to find an exceptional and highly qualified dentist. My research brought me to Dr. Porcelli. Dr. Porcelli is extremely dedicated to his occupation, patients and dental practice with a strong focus on the preventive side of dental care and a practice of working together with other dental specialists to develop a plan to get the best overall result for each patient. His dedication and commitment to excellence extends to his dental hygienists (I see Irena regularly and she is outstanding in her care and thoroughness-the best I have ever had working on my cleanings and dental hygiene) and administrative staff. I cannot say enough about Dr. Porcelli, his associates, and overall staff; I consider myself fortunate to be under his care. If you are looking for an exceptional dentist who truly cares for and is dedicated to his patients, see De. Porcelli. You and your dental health will be in good hands.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly hello and well taken care of by all of the staff. Big bonus... I have never had to wait for more than a minute for my appointment! The office is inviting and designed to reflect a spa-like atmosphere rather than the normal stuffy dentist office. The examination rooms have comfy chairs, tvs with remotes and beachy ceiling images to keep your eyes busy while the technicians work on your teeth. I love getting my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist is so careful and thorough - always stopping to ask how I am doing (I used to be a nervous patient). Dr. Porcelli is always upbeat, passionate about his work, and stays current on the latest advancements in the dental field. I highly recommend Bluffton Center for Dentistry!

If there was a spa for your teeth, this would be it! I went in fearful and in pain, but it wasnt long before I knew I made the right decision in going to Bluffton Center for Dentistry! Meeting Dr. "Dan" as they call him, was a true pleasure. I chose him for his holistic approach to treatments, but will stay with him because he is 100% genuine. My hygienist, Irina ( I believe that was her name) was extremely gentle and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. Truly, I kind of dozed off...I was so relaxed! If you arent having a "spa" like experience at your dental appointments, you should! Please give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I was one of Dr Porcellis first patients when he opened his practice in Beaufort. He and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasure. He is a skilled dentist with a friendly, kind manner and terrific people working with him - Dr Dannenberg, the hygienist and office staff. My daughter was so impressed with my "rave reviews" about Dr P that she came from Raleigh to have him do veneers for her. The result was amazing. Best experience at the dentist office! Everyone at Bluffton Center for Dentistry is so caring and professional. My first experience was with the hygienist who went above and beyond cleaning my teeth and gums. I then had the fortune to meet Dr. Porcelli who transformed my teeth into something I dreamed about! My new crowns look and feel amazing. My mouth has never felt this good. The fit, color and appearance are perfect! Thank you Dr. Porcelli, Keesha, and the wonderful staff at Bluffton Center for Dentistry for making the process so comfortable. I love my smile!

I was on vacation in Hilton Head and having trouble with a tooth. I had seen my dentist several times before leaving home but it was infected, fractured, decaying and causing me a great deal of pain. Dr. Porcelli was able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. He gave me several options and I decided to have the tooth pulled. He was very gentle and I did not feel a thing. He was aware of my comfort and care. I hopefully will retire to Hilton Head in a few years and will definitely use his services. Caring, gentle, and very nice facility.

As a natural medicine and foods person in search of a non-mercury establishment, this office came highly recommended from reknowned Dr Tom McGuires organization. Everyone was highly hospitable, thorough. The office was well appointed and beautiful. Dr Porcelli was very personally interested and engaging and was not interested in quick sell remedies but plainly talked about options and angles for care and maintenance. So far its been an economical experience as well and am now switching dentists!

This dental service has a good patient rating and after some additional research I decided to give them a try. The office and treatment area is welcoming and comfortable. Im your typical European fearful of dentists. I was recommended Blufton Center by a friend who had a great experience and I can only say that my own experience was as great as his. I was made to feel at ease right away and was comfortable with every step of the process and was impressed by the professionalism and skill of the dentistry. Dr. Porcelli and his team are really the true meaning of what exceptional dentistry should be. The doctor really took the time to explain my treatment needed and also provided pictures to help me understand why the treatment was needed. Their hygienist (Irina) was wonderful with my dental cleaning. The front desk staff always seem to make me feel right at home when I arrive. Will refer all of my friends and family to this place.

I am new in the area, and after checking out a few dental offices, decided I felt most comfortable at the Bluffton Center for Dentistry. The appointment process for my first checkup and cleaning was quick, pleasant and easy. The staff is very helpful and polite. My experiences with the hygienist, and subsequently with Dr. Porcelli, have been excellent so far...expecting replacement crowns to be "installed" in a few days.

It is such a nice, bright, and clean facility- definitely makes the experience of going to the dentist more comfortable! :) The staff was very pleasant, and the doctor was personable and detailed. It was recommended that I have a procedure done as a preventative measure, and the staff was helpful in explaining everything.

The staff is always friendly and professional. The best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr. Porcelli is so gentle, and really takes his time to explain what he is doing. He is very personable. I request Irina to be my hygienist when I go. She knows what she is doing, and walks you through the entire process. She is very kind and gentle, she knows her stuff.
