I called to learn about the pricing of this dental practice as I shop for a dentist in Steubenville a receptionist laughed at me and declined to offer any sort of pricing for their procedures. She also told me that I would not find this information with any dentist. On the contrary I found that Aspen Dental, which has an office in Steubenville, has their prices on their website. It is unfortunate that Complete Dental Care is not willing to offer their prices to the public. What are they trying to hide?

By far the worst experience Ive had with a dentist. All I needed was a tooth pulled and Ive never had such a hard time doing so. I arrived at 9:30 for my appointment and they did not take me back untill 11:00. They REFUSED pull the tooth unless I got unnecessary cosmetic work on teeth that several dentists have told me are in perfect condition. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Staff told me to go somewhere else if I didnt like how they did things, So I shall. Please go somewhere else if you can.

I love coming to see Dr Mahfood. He and his staff are amazing. Kristen is new to me but I really like her too. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr Mahfood for more years then I want to say. I moved from the area but I still travel from wheeling to see him. And will continue until he completely retires.

I Went There To Get A Tooth Pulled And They Did But Now A Month Later I Still Have A Big Whole In My Mouth And To Top It All Off I Also A Tooth Filled And When It Broke A Week Later I Figured It Was My Fault So They Fixed It Again And Now It Broken Again !!!! They Dont Know What Their Doing !!!!!

I absolutely loved my visit to the office. Everyone is so thoughtful and caring. Dr. Mafood and the assistant Ashley are two of the best in the business. I will have no problems going back, and I want everyone to know, if you need any work done. go and visit.

I got in for a chip tooth and they do noting but root canals and fillings now a month later part pieces of my teeth are coming off every time I eat. Dont go to them they are horrible
