My roommate and I both recently adopted kittens, one four months and one seven months. They immediately started having several issues, including eye infections and chronic diarrhea. We took them to another vet two times hoping to get them fixed up, but were disappointed by the lack of results after giving these poor babies all sorts of expensive medications. At a coworkers recommendation, we tried Cool Springs Animal Hospital, and were both overwhelmed by the wonderful service and expertise of the staff. They even suggested a cheaper alternative to a medication that I could use at home. After bringing my little kitten in for an ear issue, CSAH called me three separate times to check on her and make sure she was responding well to the medicine. Its obvious that the staff cares very deeply about animals and just wants them to be as healthy as possible. Im so glad weve finally found our vet!

Dr. Jones and his staff have taken care of my pets for the past 14 years. They go above and beyond in making my pets and I feel comfortable about treatments. Its like dealing with family. I wont let anyone else care for my critters!
