Dr. Lisa Dye is 1 of 2 of the best Ive found in Clarksville I dont give 5 stars on or for anything except for only a very few. This is my reason for the full 5 stars. The other eye doctor I love and is the same to me is Dr. Carla Jones at Wal-Mart on Ft.Campbell Blvd in Clarksville. Everything I said here goes for both doctors. Also getting your glass Sams is very limited. You can always keep old glass you love or buy frames and take them to where you want to get your lenses & take any frame you want instead. This optometrist really cares for you and everything going on with your eyes and heath that may effect your vision, she does a great job at getting you lenses that does a great job and not out of focus in only a couple months and doesnt adjust the strength to give you headaches or eye pull. Carla will take into account your meds, health and even if your tired or really used your eyes the day off your exam. She will go the extra 100% that really does justice to the eye profession. As for now, buying glasses at the same place is up to you. I suggest taking your RX to several places, for prices and different lenses or contacts and getting the exact lens and frames you really want so you arent limited to what is at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart & Sams Club is ok but very limited and lenses are vast on type and weight even color & is better at other places due to the policies of Wal-Mart going with less expensive places and not always having the best or newest generation of lenses that you may want or need. So Wal-Mart & Sams Club to me is like 3.5 stars but the doctor is definitely one of the best. To me you cant go wrong with either Dr.s Lisa Dye or Carla Jones. Thank you

This was by far the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had in my life; and Ive been wearing glasses for thirty one years! Staff and the doctor are professional, courteous and real, no fake smiles:-) The doctor and staff are willing to go the extra mile and further explore if an issue arises. My daughter and I both had our exams done here and will definitely be returning. Please plan at least an hour of your day for your exam, as I have come to discover, 10 minute eye exams dont cut it! P.S. be sure to give Kevin some love, as he is the only male with an awesome female crew!

My 2 children and I have been going here for the last four if years and absolutely love it! The kids are always encouraged to look at the images on the machines and they are explained to about what is being done and what information is gathered on each machine. It helps the kids and adults to not be nervous about their appointments. Everything is explained very clearly, and everyone is always very friendly and they remember you from year to year so you really feel like to build that relationship with them. I highly recommend Dr. Ely for your eye care needs!

I was referred to Dr. Ely in 2015 when I was still in the Army because the clinic on post was booked out for months. When I got out of the Army I went right back to her. I didnt even have an appointment and just happened to be in Sams Club. Dr. Ely was able to see me on the spot and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Her and her staff are very friendly and her equipment is up-to-date with technology, so she can tell you where your eyes are in comparison to others in your age range and even catch signs of any early eye deterioration.

We had early morning appointments this morning with Dr. Ely. Not only did we feel like we had comprehensive eye and contact exams, but we left feeling like we had new friends and a doctor we could totally trust with our vision. Dr. Lisa and her staff are the best around Clarksville. My friend told me about this clinic and I am so happy I went to see Dr. Lisa. They helped fit me into their busy schedule last minute because I was having increased blurry vision for no reason. They were able to help me get me back on track to seeing the world clearly. You do not need a Sams Membership to go to the clinic and they process all the insurance info for you.

Dr. Ely has been my eye doctor for seven years. She is phenomenal, and a true example of a Christian women. Very knowledgeable and her state of the art equipment is great. The technician is super helpful, and the extra care they provide in showing you the test results wth her equipment is super interesting. If you are looking for exceptional and affordable care, no need to look any further.

First visit today with my daughter, the experience was amazing. Ive noticed her squinting a lot with and without glasses, and had concerns. My daughter being shy, Dr. Ely was great and patient with her as the exam was being conducted. Overall, great office, met my daughters needs, and off to get her glasses. I recommend anyone needing eye care to go there.

DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF SAMS CLUB. Great, thorough, care. Very friendly and spends time with you to ensure that all your needs are met. From the time I called to get an appointment to the time that I left I felt valued and am more than happy with my vision care. Accepts Tricare and offers a military discount as well for active duty. This is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. Lisa is personable and genuinely cares for the health of your eyes. The staff are personable and kind. I am so glad that I finally found an eye doctor that I can trust and will do her best to care for my eyes! I would recommend her to anyone!
