This doctor is very nice but the office doesnt handle customers well. They dont care about helping you or even being polite. They are rude and only care about getting through theyre day. They dont care to work with someone who cant pay the outrageous bill up front and they do not except payments. Not only is the office staff terrible but my prescription isnt accurate at all. A lot of things is my line of vision are blurry and the contacts I was told to get constantly fall out and do not fit correctly. Both me and my family will no longer be going to this office and I do not recommend this doctors office to anybody who wants good service and good products.

Dr. Guadagno and staff were amazing! Everyone was super friendly, and I barely had to wait 5 minutes for anything. When it came to purchasing new contacts, I didnt feel pressured or anything. I used to only go to the eye doctor every two years to save money since I dont have eye insurance, but this place makes me want to go every year. Best experience at an eye doctor thus far!

I am not from the Schererville area. In fact, I live in Louisville, KY and was traveling for Business. While in the area, one of my contact lenses tore. These nice folks got me in the same day, did a complete exam, and provided me 4 sets of trial lenses. Needless to say, I will be ordering my lenses from this retailer until my perscription runs out.
