I really wanted to like this place. In fact we were looking forward to being regular clients given our entire family wears glasses. My issues are with the front desk staff. Texting on phones and when two or three people sat behind the desk they seemed bothered to offer help. When I went to pick up my glasses on the second visit- they simply handed me my two pairs of glasses (which I paid 250.00 each with insurance.) There was no fitting- no double checking our glasses once on our face- nothing! I had to ASK to see someone to have our glasses looked at. In all fairness- I liked the Dr. and the tech did help AFTER I requested to be fitted- but it was quick. The third time I came in to have our glasses fitted because they were falling off our faces, screws popping out, and my frames were scratched, the front desk staff (all three) seemed less than eager to help. Not once did anyone stand up to greet us or even sit up to look us in the eye - they were so rude and lazy. I will never be back. I will have my glasses adjusted somewhere else. As a busy mom of three this was a waste of my time.

First visit was easily a 5 star. Second was a no star. Heres why... I have some issues my optic nerve (fairly common). The first visit explained this and had a Q&A with some tests. The second visit was 10 minutes, 4 extra tests. Heres the kicker - I only learned this via billing and when I pushed to understand why I had these additional tests and costs ($230 more), the receptionist advised it was because the doctor suspected I had glaucoma (LOSS OF VISION, PEOPLE) and some bleeding in my eye. I freaked out and demanded to speak to the doctor because I didnt understand my eye issue was jeopardy for blindness (NOT cool). Going on 1.5 hours of holding for the doctor. The receptionist keeps trying to pass me off to other billing people to avoid talking to the doctor. Best of luck! If you do have to go here for your insurance, ask the right questions and pepper the doctor to understand what each test is for because the tests occur before you see the doctor.

Today was my first time with Eyecare Plus and it was really nice. Recently I had a lot of blurriness and needed a quick exam and contacts. Eyecare Plus was able to get me in same day. I met with Dr. Mesoras and she was very helpful and professional. Turned out my prescription had changed for the worse :( but a new, corrected prescription was in order! Thanks for the quick turnaround and great service!

My family and I have been using Eyecare Plus for several years and my experience has always been great. The staff is very courteous. The doctors really took the time to discuss any options weve had. Recommend 100% !!!!!!
