Dr Williams is supposed to be my primary care physician. Over the last 4 years I have never been able to get a timely appointment so I have had to go to the Vanderbilt walk in clinic. Today I tried to get a appointment was told that since it had been so long since I had been there, I had to be treated as a new patient and they could not see me until next month even though they are the reason I have not been there in 4 years.

Dr. Arthur Williams is a great Dr. He is willing to listen to his patient and understand what the problem is. He doesnt just give you a medication and send you out the door. He wants to know what the problem is before trying to camouflage it with medications. I would recommend him to anyone!!!! He is the greatest Dr. I have ever been seen by!!!!! You will leave feeling like he cares about your health and well being.

Dr. Arthur Williams has been my doctor for the last 5 years. I highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues....several have starting going to him. What I like best about Dr. Williams is that he takes his time with his patients and gets to know them instead of just shuffling them through the system. Please give him a shot, you will not be disappointed.

He has a keen grasp of the physical, mental and spiritual needs of people and is very skilled at making healthful recommendations that are acceptable. He also prescribes medications that solve health problems. He has a proven record with me.

This is now the second time in a row that I have been prescribed something AND IT WAS NEVER CALLED IN. What a joke. You would think an individuals health is a little more important. Additionally, you cant follow-up with anyone after 4:30pm. Im finding another doctors office.

Great physician, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! We leave message after message and if were lucky, well hear back from someone days later. The office administration and clinic coordination suck, but the doctor is excellent. Welcome to Healthcare 2016.
