The office staff were genuinely courteous and caring. This was our initial visit to establish a new PCP. The patients history form was completed upon arrival and later the nurse took a verbal history which we felt was thorough. Dr. Hall asked why we wanted to change doctors. We explained that our PCP was out of network with our current insurance plan. Dr. Hall explained that she was not equipped to evaluate and treat the patient in her office. My question is why we were scheduled to see Dr. Hall if she is not prepared to see geriatric patients? We were subsequently referred to the E.R. even though there was not an emergent problem. The lack of emergency was confirmed by the E.R. visit. The patient is my 86 yr. old mother. It is unfortunate that my mother had to wait in the E.R. for at least 4 hours after waiting in Dr. Hall office for about 2 1/2 hours and is still without an in-network PCP.

I was informed I could visit Dr. Lamkin for my ADHD medication. Once I got to the office he belittled me about my concerns. He told me "pills are not going to fix the problem sweetheart, you need counseling." I have never been treated this terrible by a medical professional. I work in the field of addiction as a Treatment Specialist. I had concerns due to my original doctor writing incorrect dates on my scripts and wanted to seek a second opinion. Please avoid visiting with Dr.Lamkin if you are seeking help for your medical concerns.

This is the most unprofessional BS I have ever encountered in my life. The front desk receptionist is exceptional shes sweet and professional. However I dont feel comfortable a when my doctor who scheduled my follow up ask me what is my visit about nor does she know why she sent lab work out for me nor does she have my lab work available. So not only did you waste my time I paid you for wasting my time.

Office staff are always friendly and helpful. The entire team at this office are professional and very knowledgeable. I always feel that I am being heard and my thoughts are being taken into consideration. Perfect 10!
