What describes best about Beyond Physical Therapy is Honesty and performing only the needed services with personal interest in treating you. I had seen several Physical Therapists before and most of them count how many visits are authorized by the insurance and schedule all those visits irrespective of patient needs. I was interviewed by Tomasz Grass for stiff joints and muscles and after a thorough evaluation, he provided me on-line instructions for exercises and instructed me to practice at home and call if any help or guidance was needed. I performed the exercises at home which helped me a lot. I have decided to see only Beyond Physical Therapy for any future needs and recommend them to all for their honesty, competency and courteous service. in the second meeting he gave me cant speak highly enough of the staff of Beyond Physical Therapy, from the receptionist to the Therapists. They are all very courteous, warm, professional, and prompt with the patients. But most important of all, the therapists know what they are doing. I was mostly treated by Tomasz Grass. I came across his clinic after googling for clinics close to my house. After reading the Google reviews and noticed that the majority of the ratings they received were 5 stars, I decided to give them a try. Based on the 1st evaluation appointment I had with Tomasz, I knew I made the right decision in leaving my prior therapist for him. In the first hour of just gathering clinical history from me, Tomasz came to the correct diagnosis for my condition which my Physician Assistant has yet to come to and took weeks for my first therapist to realize. Tomaszs diagnosis, however, was confirmed by the neurosurgeon I saw today. I was amazed by the first meeting with Tomasz beccause he took the time to listen to me and was empathetic to my pain. It is an important step in the overall comprehensive approach that Tomasz and Andrew adhere to ensure the best possible outcomes for the patients. Tomasz has taken excellent care of me over the past 10 sessions, as I have made great progress in my health since my first visit. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his field, he is also attentive, personable, and easy going. If something is not working, he will find an alternative approach that works. The other PT Clinic, which shall remain nameless, were nice in general, but their services paled in comparison to Beyond Physical Therapy. At BPT, the therapists made sure that my comfort wasnt compromised if it could be helped. In one session I remember Tomasz suggesting that I sit in a chair during one of the ultrasound treatments instead of lying down because he knew I was in more pain that way. As opposed to the other clinic where I had to ask for an ice pack for my elbow because I was in excruciating pain lying down. And yet that therapist didnt think to try to prevent my pain in the first place. Also, be assured that if you will no longer need therapy, they will let you know and not try to just keep seeing you to keep billing the insurance company. These are just a few great reasons to visit Beyond Physical Therapy for your therapy needs. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I am so grateful to Tomasz and the rest of the staff for taking such excellent care of me. I feel a million times better than I did 2 months ago! My only regret is that I didnt see them from the moment I had my injury. That is what I get for going to my Physician Assistants referral to the sub par therapy clinic instead of doing my research. Thanks again Tomasz, (also Andrew and staff) for your care for your patients, which is above and "beyond" all others! Joyce Nave Joyce Nave 6 months ago I was referred to Beyond Physical Therapy by my family doctor. From the very first, I was impressed because of the thorough exam. My arm was swollen and very painful to use. With my therapy, I am now able to use my arm with minimal pain. ...More

After suffering for nine months with intense pain in both of my knees that would not go away with medication, I finally made the decision to get help. The pain in my knees was constant and made it difficult to walk, sit, stand, and sleep. I was unable to do many of my favorite activities like walking our dog and hiking with my family. After initial x-rays did not reveal any clear cause for my pain, I was referred by my primary care physician to Beyond Physical Therapy. I met with Andrew and we began a therapy plan that would strengthen the muscles around my knees, while eliminating certain activities like climbing stairs and walking/hiking on hilly terrain. After the first set of exercises, I felt immediate relief of the pain and although this is probably not typical of many physical therapy clients, I continued to respond very well to the exercises we did at BPT and at home. Instead of constant pain, I began to go hours without pain and was sleeping much better. Even after a few set backs due to overexertion, I still continue to be relatively pain-free in that I still feel pain when I walk too much, go up/down steep inclines (which I continue to avoid unless absolutely necessary), walk up/down stairs too many times, and do activities my knees are not used too. Even when I feel the pain, I find relief of much of the pain by completing the exercise routine at home. I am not sure I will ever be pain free, but I have found a way to manage to pain that remains so that I can enjoy doing some of my favorite activities. I am hopeful that by continuing to strengthen the muscles around my knees, I will be able to add hiking back into my activities at some point as well. Everyone at BPT was very client oriented and always welcomed me by first name. I also observed this same friendly welcoming with the other clients. Always a warm smile and a greeting using the first name. In addition, Andrew and Tomas would also greet everyone with a handshake. I worked a lot with Samantha and really enjoyed how she would gently push me to the next level, but was also understanding if I wasnt ready yet. The most important thing was that I was improving, but without improving without pain. At the front desk, Mary was always there with more warm smiles and friendly greetings using first name to check me in, help me with scheduling appointments and processing the insurance co-pays. I am so grateful to have had a great physical therapy experience and know that if I am not able to manage my pain, BPT will be there to help me.
