Dr. Matt and the staff are nice people. However my experience with the office has been pretty awful. Being a grad student, my schedule was very limited and the doctor wanted to see me 3x/week. My insurance would only cover 25 visits per year (only 2 months of treatment according to the doctors plan). So when I scaled back my appointments so that I could be treated and covered by insurance for a longer period of time, Dr. Matt refused to continue my treatment due to "lack of compliance." BUT, the more important reason why I am giving this business ONE star, is because after I received my explanation of benefits (EOBs) from my insurance, I realized that the doctor had been double paid, as my deductible had already been met. I sent the office a copy of my EOBs (twice), I called numerous times with little to no response from Dr. Matt or his business manager, and after MORE THAN THREE MONTHS, I have yet to be reimbursed for over $800. I highly recommend you do not use this business

Dr. Matt and his office staff are just incredible. Dr. Matt has made regular adjustments on my daughter - starting when she was just 5 months old. Ive seen so many children in her class have ear infection after ear infection and have to be put on multiple doses of antibiotics to "heal" the infection. My daughter is now 2 1/2 and has not had one ear infection. She LOVES going to see Dr. Matt every other week. He is so great with children. It also doesnt hurt that he has a play room and keeps his chocolate lab there at the office. Highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Chiropractic Memphis. I have had appointments with in two of the 5 locations and have been so impressed with the quality of care, the adjustments relieved my pain immediately and I now take the nutrition shakes they recommend and have lost 10 lbs without being hungry. These doctors are amazing at what they do, if you have any pain or are interested in nutrition and sound advice go visit Chiropractic Memphis..its a whole new lease on life! I am so grateful and have found an answer to my prayers.

Thought I had paid my bill in full at my last visit, but made the mistake of not holding on to the receipt. Several years later they called with charges they added to my account - I refused to pay the additional charges so they sent the account to collections. I had signed a form saying I pretty much agree to pay for anything they want to charge... Dont make my mistake - know what services youre getting and how much they cost, then hold on to your receipt.
