My husband and I both had an excellent experience with Dr. Shelley Sigur and staff. Very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable private practice atmosphere. I loved that Dr. Sigur greeted me prior to my exam. She explained my exam options (with the ability to decline or reschedule if I needed to) and if I had any concerns with the appearance of my smile or any issues with the health of my teeth. Dr. Sigur was so nice, and I could tell she really valued and cared about her patients. The cleaning and examination was very thorough, and I noticed they performed additional heath screening tests that were never done at my previous dentist. Which is a huge Plus! At the end of the examination, Dr. Sigur informed me of my test results and answered all my questions and concerns. There were no surprise findings or pressure to be sold on any cosmetic procedures for both my husband and I. We were both very happy with our experience at west Meade Dental. I recommend Dr. Sigur, and my husband and I both will definitely be returning for our next appointment. Highly Recommend!

I had been going to West Meade Dental for about 2 years, never thought to get a second opinion until after my most recent visit. Seemed like every time I went in there, they wanted to fill 5 cavities. How could I possibly have 5 cavities every time. Short story - got a second opinion from 2 different dentist in the same office, only needed one filling. This office fills teeth 100% unnecessarily. I am so furious. I would take a guess that because they were trying to fill my teeth for no reason, this is why they "accidentally" sent over old x-rays to my new dentist instead of my most recent ones. HORRIBLE for a "medical professional" to do something like this to people. HORRIBLE. I will NEVER return.

They just want to get the money out of your pocket or insurance and they dont care if they doing it right or not. The root canal that they have done to me, it keeps the reinfection going underneath my tooth as two other dentists diagnosed it. Not only that, the crown they did to me is not adjusted very well and it keeps packing the food in the space between and also because they dont know how to use the device that makes the crown and they dont know how to use it properly because its very sensitive technology. If you care about your mouth health look for another honest dentist. Stay away from this clinic.

The entire staff at West Meade Dental is phenomenal. Dr. Sigur has a way of making you feel like youre the only patient in the world and her hygienists are not only sincerely kind and genuine but also extra gentle and caring. Even the receptionist is super friendly. If youre someone who gets stressed or nervous about going to the dentist, West Meade Dental is the place for you. I cannot recommend them enough!

She did a crown and filling and asked me to redo it a year later because she messed it up. Due to insurance coverage, I let her redo the mistakes, but when she finished, I had a second opinion and they said that the crown had to be replaced for a THIRD time bcs she didnt get it right and so did the filling. Said it was the worst work they had ever seen, and I agree. Do NOT go to Dr. Sigur!

We visited this dental clinic and had horrible experience. The lady doctor turned good teeth into a bad one. She did tooth filling unnecessarily which lasted for couple of months only. Filling process was very painful as well. Before filling it was in good condition. But now tooth is having sensitivity and bleeding. We never recommend any one to use this clinic. stay away!!

Dr. Sigur and her staff are amazing! I took my 3 year old son for his first dental visit a couple of weeks ago and we were so concerned he would not react well. Dr. Sigur and her staff were so kind and gentle. He did great and cant wait to go back to the tooth Dr! I will definitely be recommending West Meade Dental to my friends and family!!

Dr. Sigur is a very professional dentist. She knows how to make a patient feel comfortable and accurately diagnoses pain and discomfort. Her technique and equipment are second to none, and includes you throughout the entire process so youre not just sitting there out of the loop. I definitely would return for more dental work!

They do thorough cleanings but I feel they do unnecessary fillings and have made teeth bothersome that where not previously. Also had a root canal done that was very expensive and when the crown had come off they wanted to charge me 180 dollars to put it back on. Most other places will put theres back on for free.
