I recently moved to Smyrna so I looked for a new pediatric for my 2 chidlren and this place seemed nice. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. BUT, they can be disorganized and not communicate that to patients. I was waiting for over 40 minutes in checkup room. Nurse brought us to room, dropped off clipboard with papers on it and walked out. It didnt register to me until 30 minutes later that the clipboard was for me to fill out becaues the nurse hadnt said anything. About 20 minutes into the wait, I walked to the nurses station and asked how long it would be before anyone would see because I was needed to go to work(Im used to being in and out within 30 minutes tops at past pediatrician) but she said she didnt know. I waited another 15 minutes with noone ever coming into the room and decide to cancel my daughters appointment. The receptionist explained that they double and triple book the doctors so they usually are juggling multiple clients in small window of time. I plan to find another pediatrictian in the area. I would have been a little less irritated about the situation if things would have been communicated to me like the estimated wait time, the nurse explained that paperwork were for me to fill out, etc.

We went here for a year or so bouncing between this location and another. This location would tell us that there was something not wrong with our children when they ran a fever constantly and would be sick.Would go to the other location and would require antibiotics. After refusing to see them this time around and switching to another doctor, they filed a report with children services that I was seeking medical attention for no reason. A number of other allegations were made regarding my care of the children. I would recommend that you run as far away as possible from the doctors and nurses here. If you want to be told there is nothing wrong and want to go back and forth to the dr countless times, you want to go here but if you have other things to do and do not, well then stay away at all cost.

This place is absurd it used to be Capstone but now I guess its Centennial (no one told us) but no matter what you call the place it still sucks, our appointment was at 3:20, we showed up at 3, its now 4:35 and we havent seen a doctor yet. This is not a one time thing this happens every time we come here. We are finding a new provider as soon as possible. Save yourself from the wasted afternoons, the constant waiting, the rude receptionists, and the Nurse Practitioners. If you ever even see a doctor you are lucky. We have had 3 different doctors since starting here in April. Maybe there is a reason they all keep leaving. Anyone that gives this place 5 stars is a dirty liar or has no idea how to give Google reviews.

My 3 children have been going here since they were born. Ages 5,7,9. It has gone downhill more and more every year. Today I have been trying to make an appt for my daughter who has an earache. The first time I called I was greeted and placed on hold for 10 mins. I hung up, called back and didnt get an answer. Called again, the lady said she would transfer me to someone whos computer was working. Then I was hung up on. Called one more time and placed immediately on hold without a greeting. I HUNG UP!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!

If you would like to wait an hour or two in the lobby, even when you set up an appointment, then this is the place for you. I set up an appointment days in advance and was here before the appointment even began. I waited in the lobby for an hour an 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is rare that a doctors office gives you an appointment the same day at 2:30pm and actually calls your name at 2:30pm!! I was in an out of there in 30 minutes. :) The nurses, doctors and staff were awesome!!
