the worst experience I ever had and I never saw the doctor. I stayed on hold with Blue Cross for over 25 minutes they called this doctors office to see if they could see me and the lady said they could. I called the Dr. office to find out when they could see me and the first words out this womans mouth was is Dr. Chuong on your card not yes we can see you and yes we talked to Blue Cross just is Dr. Chuong name on the card. If his name was on my card I would of called him directly and then went on to tell me yes they are taking new patients but his name is not on your card. I told her to leave a message for the Dr. to call me and she refused. If it is that hard to see this doctor than he needs no more patients period.

I have been going to Dr Choung for over 10 years he is AMAZING. His staff is another story the front desk has scheduled me incorrectly atleast 4 times thus year, resulting in me having come back in and retake blood work paying additional money. There customer service is horrendous any errors on their part will be pushed back on you no accountability. One young lady became very argumentative over phone with me when i attempted speak choung about it didnt even listen. Seeing as his staff direct reflection of his office eventually i will migrate to a more professional doctor. The doctor rather lose patient than address the repeated issues with staff based on several compliants online and with other patients.

Dr Chuong is wonderful doctor n very caring person n have great personality at all time i highly recommend to anyone who needs his care at anytime regardless of a good staff or not u there for the doctor not the staff so regardless of what people said about his office I admire his personality.

I agree with the majority. The staff is very rude. They always seem to have an attitude or tone in their voice thats offsetting. They never smile either. The Dr is great, but he definitely needs to upgrade his staff. I wont be going here in the future.

Staff refused to answer my moms questions when she was confused. She had to ask them 3 times and they seems to have an attitude. That was the first time we were there. And the last. Would not recommend

Dr. Chuong is a great doctor, but his staff is rude as hell. I had to cancel my appointment because I was so disgusted with their attitude.

Doctor Chuong is very nice and friendly to patient. Staff are quick and very helpful. The waiting time is about 15minutes.
