When I first got to his office >20 minutes before my appointment the door was locked. I had to stand outside of his office for at least 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal at all but not the best way to start off a visit. the receptionist was rude and generally unpleasant. When I asked what time the doctor would see me (after the door being locked i was not sure if the doctor was running late coming back from lunch as it was only about 5 minutes past the time of my appointment and i was just curious as I like waiting rooms about as much as anyone else) her reply was "what time is your appointment" in the most condescending tone I have ever heard (my appointment time was on my sign in sheet so she knew what time my appointment was)while i was in the office i also heard her say something similar to a sweet older lady which really irritated me.At this point i was called in by the very pleasant nurse and was happy to be away from the receptionist.She checked my vitals and was on her way. Then came d.r. mason who seemed like a easy going and nice guy. I told him about my issues i was having and that it was effecting my quality of life. He seemed to think i was exaggerating to some extent, although he never came out and said it. He did what seemed like a very rushed exam and told me i had minor scoliosis. He at this point he took it upon himself to tell me that i should see an orthodontist which I found very uncalled for and rude as if i didnt already know this . I asked if there was anything wrong with my foot. which was the reason i came in, that could be contributing to my back issue.he checked very quickly and yet again i felt like i was being rushed out the door without getting any information or help.Overall a nice guy but gave me no real insight on how to fix any of my issues and the ortho comment really irked me and stayed with me even after i had left the office.Overall I would not return to dr mason as it felt like a huge waist of time and money. tl;dr find a different doctor

Called in to get a physical required by my employer and was told No!! That I must wait 1 calendar year from my last physical. Ummm that is the worst practice ever. If you are being paid to preform a service that is not of any harm to your patient do it . I would not recommend any one see this Dr. or go to this office.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Mason for about 25 years. He and his staff are very pleasant. He always asks about my family, showing concern. He is very professional. We will continue to see him for our medical needs even though we are about 25 minutes from his office at this time.

Our family has been going to Dr. Mason for many years. Hes extremely professional and caring. Dr. Mason is very knowledgeable about family medicine. Rarely do I have to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to see him.
