The customer service for this place is horrendous! I have NEVER dealt with such a rude receptionist in my life. I called this office to make an appointment for my 2 month old daughter--Dr. Kilma mentioned to my husband when he saw her that she also sees infants and would love to be the doctor for my daughter. I was put on hold for 5 minutes then Christina came to the phone and very rudely informed me that Dr. Kilma isnt a pediatrician, but she can still see my daughter. It took me 15 minutes to make an appointment because I was placed on hold so many times. When I called to see if they received my daughters medical records from my previous pediatrician, I was cut off mid-sentence, placed on hold for 7 minutes, then very rudely told that the records were never received (by a different receptionist, not Christina). I didnt even tell the receptionist the name of my daughter before she informed me the records werent there! At that point, I decided to cancel the appointment I had previously made for my daughter because there are MANY other doctor offices in the area that would surely treat me better. When I asked to cancel, the receptionist says "Okay" then hangs up. Again, she has NO idea who I am because shes been too busy cutting me off to find out. I call back to verify that she has cancelled the appointment because I just know that they will charge me for not canceling. I ask the receptionist to verify the name on the appointment that shes canceling and she couldnt. I gave her the name and she assured me it was canceled. Its sad that the office staff has put a bad taste in my mouth and has caused me to decide against using this doctor.

Not happy with this place at all. I am so bummed because I REALLY liked this doctor. I went to my yearly female dr visit which is preventative and covered 100% by my insurance. This doctor splits the visit into two separate visits. Then they bill you for two visits and make one a consultation at a higher charge which isnt covered by insurance. You are never told this. I called my insurance and was told to contact the doctors office and have them change the code. I spoke to the ONLY front office person and was told she would contact her billing office and handle it. That was the last I heard of it until a collection agency called my husband while he was at work. This place is criminal. They are actually ripping off the insurance company as well as the patients. My insurance company has paid them TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I meet to stay away!

Doctors are fine and easy to talk to. Nurses and receptionist were all friendly/professional. Wait for appointment was short/on time, which is always a plus. Easy to get prescriptions and refills just take a phone call. However, watch your insurance claims for the overages to start rolling in. Does your solid insurance cover 100% of a yearly physical or well-woman exam? Not here, even though theyre in-network for major carriers. Youll get nickel and dimed for lab costs, then that "no copay needed" visit is followed up by a bill a week later, even with claims pending (that still somehow dont cover all of a standard exam). Theyre just hoping youll double-pay for already marked-up service. Ah, healthcare in America.

My entire family has seen Dr Klima for the past 18 years. We love her genuine caring for her patients and the wonderful care she provides us. With such a small staff, there can occasionally be temps in the office that may not know the routine, but Raquel and the other regulars are spot on and know exactly what they are doing. Unfortunately the insurance companies create the nightmare around heath care - I know because I work for one - its a scam that they say a physical is 100% covered - they only cover 1 visit and it takes 2 to do a complete physical. At least you only get billed for the lesser visit amount.

I have been going to this Dr. for a few years now. I have always been satisfied until recently. I visit this office every 3 months at least. I have elected to receive an injection that this office always carried on site. Even though I dont live nearby, I have always stayed with this office because they were friendly and convenient. I am a regional manager for a dental company. My company really focuses on creating the Perfect Patient Experience and creating Patients For Life. Today, I can say that I used my Dr. visit here is an example of what NOT to do!

A different kind of doctors office with all focus directed for the patients needs. Timely appointments, generally no wait, and always a good interaction with the doctor or PA. Most of all it is nice when you feel listened to. They have a variety of sevices including infants, kids, adolescents, and adults. They do well care for all as well as gynecological care and proceedures. This is what I would consider a "medical home"

Im 25 years old and Ive seen Dr. Klima ever since I was 15. She has always been so sweet and motherly to me and I have nothing but respect for her. I do agree with most ppl on here that the front office staff can be rude, but I still give Dr. Klima 5 stars for her professional servitude and ability to make me overlook the attitudes of the front office.

Excellent physician and genuinely concerned for her patients, Dr. Klima takes the time to figure out how to make sure you are a healthy you. Ive been seeing her for several office changes now and havent had any issues. I would highly recommend as a PCP if you have a choice with your insurance.

This place is a very unethical office and horrible customer service. The good reviews they have were done by the staff to drive there ability to be found when searched higher they what it should be. Please be aware and tell everyone about how bad this place is.

David Fraser has been my PA for over 30 years. I love him and I love this office. The front staff is amazing and they are always helpful when I call or need something. They make going to the doctor painless!
