I had been here for my ankle pain. Scheduled an appointment is easier because its online. Looking for the clinic was difficult for me as its inside the hospital. I didnt know about it. Whoever wants to go, park In parking lot of Medical city of loscolinas & enter the emergency ER section then take right , go in lift & suite number is 270. If cant find ask the receptionist below they will help. Front office staffs were awesome with a smile. Then I met practitioner he was awesome too & took my X-ray. Then I met Dr. Carmelita A Teeter, MD. She listened to me without interrupting & after an discussion & seeing. X-ray she told I dont have any problem just needs a physical therapy due to sprain . So I will be seeing her after 2 months. Overall Im happy with my visit & will recommend anyone to visit this orthopedic.

Fell and broke my kneecap on my way home from my family reunion, though this experience itself was horrible, Dr. Muncy, his staff and Las Colinas medical center have been absolutely fantastic from start to what I hope to be a soon finish. Not only were they one of the only facilities I could find to take my insurance but they got me in right away for the surgery and the entire staff is always very pleasant, a rare attribute today! I was sooooo impressed with Las Colinas medical center (where I had the surgery) that I hope to never have to go anywhere else for outpatient procedures again!!!

I have used Dr. Muncy for two scopes, one resurfacing, and a minor ankle surgery. He has gone above and beyond my highest expectations. I recently saw him in regards to an arthritic and painful knee. We discussed a TKR and while I was in X-ray, he took the time to go into the exam room and discuss the procedure with my husband. He is patient, caring, and thorough. I have never felt rushed and have always had positive experiences with him.

When you go to this office for anything, make sure you check your bills before you pay. I went to this office to check out my knee, they didnt have my billing address down and I am aware of my first bill through collecting agency. I called them for clarification, and requested for the copy of the bill, it turns out that I was charge for services that didnt not provided. The following thing I notice was collections on my credit report.

Dr.Muncy and his staff are great! He first cared for me with a broken Left ankle and tibia, and sprained Right ankle. And now he takes care of the one I love, my son Michael 13 and his sprained Right ankle. Go on, stop by and visit Elite Orthopedics for 5 five star care!!!! Lupe and Michael Ramos

Far and away the BEST office staff Ive ever encountered in any physicians office. They handled everything seamlessly. Dr. Muncy performed an anterior hip replacement two weeks ago and the only pain/discomfort is in the front muscle of my thigh. Im very pleased. My advice: do your exercises!

This is a great place for your Orthopedic needs! Everyone was courteous, professional, and helpful! The only down side for me was the 3 week+ wait(its the pain talking)! I can understand the wait and I would go see Dr. Muncy again and recommend him to all my friends & family!
