Me and My wife have been going to this practice for over 5 years now at their Plano office. Most of the experienced doctors except for Dr. Christina Thompson have left and their service (front office and support staff) is terrible. They will put you in a room and forget that you have been waiting their for an hour. Doctor may spend anywhere from 5-10 minutes after waiting for over an hour. I will strongly suggest avoiding this place
