Doctor Calvert is great, however Im on call number 10 of trying to reach him regarding test results that his nurse promised me I would receive by Tuesday evening (on Tuesday afternoon). Ive left several voicemails to no avail. My significant other is still waiting on a refill of his prescription to be called in. Ive never felt more "blown off" in my life. This is awful. It isnt the call center either, the girl tried paging the nurse and called 4 different times to try and reach various people in the office. Im seriously appalled, this is probably why wait times are so long. - Updating to 3 stars, it would be 5 but the follow up (not Dr. Calvert) is still a battle. Now they are at least trying to call, although its frustrating that I had to leave several voicemails and beg to talk to someone for a week in order to warrant a response. They ask for your work phone number when you provide paperwork but if they cannot connect on one number they dont try the other one. The other frustrating part is when they ask if they can leave a message and you say yes. Unfortunately, the messages dont include information youre requesting. I understand the need for privacy but this is a bit much when its my personal cell phone they are calling (as listed on my paperwork).

Please read before deciding to see Dr Calvert. This is not directed at Dr Calvert. He is a good man and a great doctor. He is also a personal friend. Ive followed Dr Calvert through three locations and many changes. I must say that Im moving on and hope Dr Calvert personally sees this post. I have endured months of refill hassles. My pharmacy requested a refill for an important prescription for his staff to refill it via a "mail" pharmacy or delivery pharmacy without me requesting it and it was sent to the wrong address. The last time I was seen in his office it took over three hours to be seen. I did not complain. Today I had an appointment and called in advance to tell them I was running a little late. I was told if it was over 15 minutes late that I would have to reschedule. I was 20 minutes late so I was not seen and all I needed was a refill for thyroid medication. To sum it up; the office staff is rude and absolutely do not know the meaning of customer service. The office staff is different month to month with high turnover. Dr Calvert probably has no idea why his patient numbers are dropping. Dr Calvert, your staff needs some guidance. Good luck to you! I was looking forward to seeing you.

Dr. Calvert is the VERY BEST Doctor Ive encountered. He is totally personable with his patients and really cares about your concerns. Its hard to find an honest and straight-forward doctor nowadays. If your problem is the wait or nurses not returning calls, next time you see Dr. Calvert - be straight-forward just like he is - tell him your concerns. Sometimes the doctors or "bosses" are the last to know about bad employees. Also, people need to realize that it takes a bit of time to find the right people after starting a practice in a new office location - or for any other position at any other place for that matter. I am sure you can understand that hell have to go through a process of witting-out the bad ones until he finds the perfect staff that will work best for the type of care he gives his patients. Everything takes time, and if you care about what type of doctor takes care of you - then you need to be patient, and speak-up - instead of blasting him/office here.

Dr. Calvert is a QUALITY physician! If youre concerned about wait times, then go to CareNow. His wait times are typical, and are a result of Dr. Calvert spending quality time with his patients. Im sure you can find another provider who would be happy to crank through 30+ pats/day, and you will undoubtedly see a drastic difference in quality; youll probably end up spending more time with their MA/LPN/RN. To the gentleman who posted the most negative review. If youre such close personal friends with "Doc," then why wouldnt you reach out to him mano y mano, and chat with him, instead of blasting him on such a large public stage? Simply curious.

I saw a doctor here twice for a general office visit. The bill was paid in full both times. I am now being charged $350 for services that I did not receive, and the staff cannot explain. The nurse even said, "I dont know why you have these charges." She stated that she would speak to the manager and have the charges removed. I have contacted the billing department and office staff 4 times now, and I am still receiving bills! I will not return to this clinic, and will be sure to share my experiences with others.

I love Dr. Calvert. I see the biggest complaint is wait times, but as someone who has seen multiple doctors for an undiagnosed condition, Dr. Calvert is well worth the wait. Instead of a cattle call, he takes time to listen to you, answer questions and actually HEAR your concerns, rather than just letting them go in one ear an out the other. Hes been very helpful in this medical journey Im on, and Im glad I found him.

Best of the best physicians. Asks patients lots of questions AND listens. Understanding and patient. Has told me things I never heard about my problems from other physicians. So sharp with a good attitude! I have no compunction at all to recommend Dr.Charles Calvert to anyone who is looking for a physician who really cares about his patients.

Today was my first time being at the new location, all staff were very friendly and professional. An upgrade from past office visits at other locations. My length of time with intake process and seeing Dr were quick which I prefer since I dont like my time wasted and was on a lunch break from work. Thanks

Ive been a patient for several years and found Dr. Calvert to be very personable and go into detail when you ask a question about a health issue. Yes he may run behind on appointments but thats because he takes the time to talk to his patients than most doctors Ive had in the past just wouldnt bother to do.

Dr. Calvert and Dr. Conn are both great physicians and genuinely good people who take time to get to know you so they can treat the whole person instead of just an issue. The staff in the office are all great. I always feel like Im seeing friends when I go.
