Excellent service and treatment like a profitable business is run except this time, its a Doctors office! I run my own business and we rely on our customers and because of this we treat our customers like royalty. Often times I find the exact opposite when it comes to medical professions. This isnt the case with Dr. Henrys practice from himself to the receptionists. I didnt have an appointment but was in desperate need of an allergy shot so I rolled the dice and walked in at 7:30 am. The receptionists didnt scold me for not having an appointment she actually did her best to slip me in and slip me in she did! I was in and out of the office in less than a half hour and im already feeling better. Thanks again!

Dr. Henry is thorough,friendly, humorous, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and his diagnostics are fantastic. He nails the problem and prescribes the right remedy . He is in a smaller practice and not he assembly line" Texas Healthcare which made him see over 30 patients a day. not enough time to spend with a patient for a proper diagnosis. He cares more about your health than your wallet. His staff is excellent, friendly, prompt courteous despite someone saying something else. I guess they thought they were "special" above other patients who had more urgent needs. I give Dr. Henry 10 stars out of 5. He is that damn good!

Our family has been with Dr. Henry for over ten years. We appreciate the care and help he has given our family over the years. We feel blessed to have a caring doctor that is so in-sync with our needs. He is personable and the staff is great. They are friendly and very helpful. There is absolutely nothing more we could ask for from Dr. Henrys practice.

Love, love, love Dr. Henry! Been going to him for many years. Too bad the business practice side of his office has deteriorated so badly that I must now switch PCPs. It USED to be as amazing as he himself is, but that is sadly no longer true. His office manager is rude and the billing practices are FAR less than transparent. BEWARE!

The staff that I spoke with was unprofessional. I was taken aback by the little too casual tones. They wouldnt set an appointment with me I had been a patient of his brother in the past. Street-level tones by rude staff and a man with family issues he brings to work. Clearly not worth my time. Moving on!
