I use to love this office, but only because of Dr. Julio but unfortunately his no longer there. I went to have my son seen because he was coughing and sneezing. I called in the morning to schedule him an appointment to be seen and was told that the Dr was in meetings in the morning and will not be seeing patients till after 2pm that I can go in as a walkin. So i arrived at 2pm and was told that i will need to wait to see if the 2:30 patient will no show, so I waited. Once it was 3pm i asked the front desk if my son was going to be seen and she said that the patients did arrived and that she didnt think they could fit him in. So I asked her to ask the Dr. She left to go to the back and returned back saying NO they cant fit him in. So I went to an urgent care clinic were I was told that my son had an ear infection and nasal congestion! Let just say after this last experience with Foremost I am on the seach for a new pediatric clinic.

Called them last month in the 10 oclock morning hour, twice, both times with no answer. Today, called them three times beginning at 12:45 pm, and all three times, I got hold music for three and a half minutes each before getting hung up upon. Patient- centered care? Not so much.
