The first attempt: Checked my kids and myself in online for our flu shots. Said it would be an hour. We arrived with a few minutes to spare. There was one person in front of us in the queue; we were up in "15 minutes." One hour later (annoying), the nurse came out and said the "system just went down at 2,000 stores" and couldnt see us. Hrmph. So we left. Second try: A few days later I checked my kids in online at 3:00. Said it would be 1.5 hrs. We show up right on time and confirm were there. There are suddenly 6 people in the queue in front of us. The nurse explained to an irate customer whod been waiting that there was a problem with the system and IT wasnt calling her back. 3 hours later (I kid you not - 3 hours) we finally get the kids shots right before they closed. Weve come here the previous two years for flu shots and it we were in and out.

I made my appointment at 9am, recieve a text telling me that, I have to be here at 12:00, and I came 11:45, now is 12:45, my name is still next on line, and I have seen 3 people go inside. I dont understand. If you want to use this service, dont forget about buying to your self some extra time, and good luck$&&&&@&&$$$

I felt bad for the person working here. The reservations are basically a con to get you in the door: I saved a place in line online which said my wait time is ~36 min, yet when I arrived 25 min later to check in, I was told the wait is going to be another 2 hours. Wtf?!? Why did I bother?

Needed to use Minute Clinic on Memorial Day. Drove my daughter all the way to the Plano location since it was the only one open in the area. Online said Clinic would be open until 4. Clinic was closed before 3:30. Had to drive back across town and go to Care Now.
