Ive been going to this place for over 5yrs & the wait time is long enough to drive anyone insane no pun intended. I never know who my Dr is going to be because one I get one they change me to someone else. Theyve lost my paperwork a million times, changed my meds way too many times even if I tell em its working, you only have 10-15mins to show up to ur appt & if u are a second late you are told by staff the Dr WILL NOT SEE YOU. They always short me on my meds & when I tell whoever my Dr is at the time they dont listen. My last appt I was 1 minute away from the office I called tell them I would be there any second & was told no one would see me, I was totally out of all my meds, I had to get really rude with the front desk lady & Dr because I was & have been treated like crap the day I walked in there. No matter what time my appt is I end up sitting in the lobby for hours on end even if I show up an hour early just to see my Dr & wait 2-3 hrs just to get seen. The whole point of making an appt is a joke to them, these Drs think people have time to sit around & wait for them, when you express your frustrations to them they shrug it off like its nothing & dont apologize for making you wait. The Dr I have now I cant stand her, everytime they pair me up with a Dr that is right for me they end up changing it. My Dr thinks shes better than everyone because she has a degree & PhD after her name, she will belittle you while you are angry, if you have a bipolar outburst due not having your meds she tells you to "be quiet & calm down" like you are a child instead of listening to what you are angry about, who tells a bipolar person to calm down during an outburst? I take Logicstic medcaid ride share which both front desk ladies know & I have explained to them that I need appt times when the office is pretty much empty & traffic isnt bad or I wont be able to make my appt. They have also called me many times a day before my appt to cancel it or they day of, that isnt very professional & instead of resdculing it for a week or few days later they do it a month later. This place doesnt care about their PTs & should be shut down. Im not the only one who has had this problem with this place, lots of ppl I small talk with in the waiting room have told me the same. One young man told me he never knows who his Dr is. Its like they play the lottery with their PTs, I would like to have just 1 Dr for longer than 1 appt & my time taken into consideration. I never had these problems at the Harry Hines location.

I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment. They clearly do not care. My daughter waited 6 months for an appointment, and when we did show up for the appointment we were told that there were no counselors available. They were all in training. No one called to cancel or move the appointment. My daughter missed school and I missed work to make this appointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the lady behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt let them counsel my dog.

My Dr. Is awesome non judgmental. The staff however are nothing but incompetent people. Makes my husband think we are in the Michael Myers movie only with circus music. People are sane when they call until they get the circus criminally insane music that makes people go berserk. " why did you go after the staff?! Because they wouldnt listen and are very ugly." : !

People collecting checks... thats what i get from this place. Both Dr.s were poor quality. One of which i found very unprofessional. I asked what can i do about my PMDD he said try meditation or Yoga. "Excuse me?" That a joke for a doctor. The counselor i was assigned to is great but thats if you can get an appointment. Ive swiched to Metro psychological services.

Overall professionalism and care at this clinic is very poor. It seems like the drs here have nothing to lose, especially Dr. Kumar. I could sit here and rant about how unqualified he is to work at this this clinic but I honestly dont think anything will change. I just wouldnt go here unless it is your last option.

Lmfao. Try calling them and see for yourself what happens. They are a joke that dont take time to figure out your issues. They just prescribe things that are harmful and dont care about the side effects. Never take your child there, please

Arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to attend me even when I wasnt seeing the doctor just filling paperwork out. The ladies didnt bother to give me the paperwork to fill out since I arrived a little late. lazy.

I waited over an hour and a half even when I had an appointment. The reception lady was nice but learned that they wont treat Adult ADHD. Never coming back.
