I went to see one of their doctors for a consultation about a lump in my chest. The doctor spoke with me for two or three minutes, ran no tests, performed no procedures, and said to just keep an eye on it. The charge was about $116, which is the norm for office visits in this area, so I paid it without any further thought. Within a few weeks, the doctor sent a letter saying she was moving her practice to another city, so goodbye. Shortly after, I received an invoice from Texas Health Physicians Group saying I owed them another $116. I called the location on LBJ and was told I would have to take it up with the doctors office. I called the doctors office, and was told I had to take it up with the people on LBJ. I wrote letters, physically went to the doctors office, and nothing I did could get me any information nor any help. I could speak with no one. So, they sent the "debt" to collections, and now I have trouble with my credit. If you are smart, you will never do business with any doctors who are members of this group. You may be very sorry you did.

I had no problems with the doctor or the staff at the facility on Bourland Rd. However, their billing service is the WORST I have ever endured in my long life. The first week of April I went in for a routine annual physical, almost all of which was covered 100% by my insurance. It is now late August, and, after dealing with numerous over-billing errors, its still not over. I have spent far too much time and effort trying to ensure that I am correctly billed. Yesterday I received another bill from them threatening to turn my bill over to "an outside collection agency" if I dont pay immediately -- for services that were paid in full by my insurance company in late April! Multiple phone calls by me and by my insurance company have yet to make this madness stop.

I dont recommend it, Please dont waste your time and money. They are not nice to the patients and they do t care about the condition of the patient. I was not impressed. My Doctor (Dale Ragle) is supposed to give my blood report but he is on vacation and I have to wait until he is back .He is not serious in understanding patients problem or ill . He seem very uninterested in what I had to say and I felt really rushed. He seemed very uncomfortable for some reason.

Dr Troxler completly missed my diagnosis even though I brought in the lab tests. If I would have listened to Troxler I would have developed liver disease or cancer. I was referred to a hematologist by another dr and I am currently receiving proper medical care, treatment and follow up. The care at Texas Health is below the standards in the community.

Got a bill even though I met all of my out of pocket limits. Called to talk to them and they kept finding reasons to not even talk to me, they even told me it was a HIPPA violation. I will be looking for another provider outside of this network.

The doctor was fine but then it goes to their insurance billing department. I have a ppo so I dont have to submit claims. These people are so bad I am submitting my own claims so they get processed and I dont get turned into collections.
