we have been bringing our three boxers to this vet for roughly 5 years now. not only are the vets themselves all very kind and caring people (we have seen all three at one time or another), all the vet techs (nurses?) are awesome. you can tell they all really love the animals and love what they do. our older boxer had to have a mass / lump removed from his elbow recently. the vet we were working with lined out all the options and told us up front what to expect. after the procedure everything went well and our old man is still doing great. unfortunately we had our little girl boxer recently put down at beaumont west. she came down with lymphoma. again, the vet we were working with gave us all the options and all the pricing of possible treatments. we decided to let nature takes its course. with the help of some steroid pills we were able to have three great months with our dog (pretty much exactly what the vet said we would get). when the lymphoma came back we made the hard decision we had to make. again, the vet and all the techs were absolutely wonderful and caring. they all made a point to console in such a hard time, and to top it all off we even got a card in the mail from them with all the staffs hand written condolences. its a 30 minute drive from where we live to get to beaumont west, but we wont go anywhere else. the way the staff treat us and our pets is top notch. they are great people that care about what they do.

You should really pick another vet. Our indoor kittens went there to get spayed and declawed and they came home with fleas and ticks. Not just that but the staff and vet told me different ages for my kittens and they entered a third age into the computer! Also, they gave me an appointment card for their 3rd booster and when my husband got there with the kittens they said the kittens didnt need anything and they dont know why the card was given to me/ written. This place is so unorganized, its ridiculous. If you are looking for a vet, keep looking. Good luck!

Im a little surprised at the 5 star ratings....while the building and grounds are exceptionally attractive, and the vet seemed nice enough, the receptionist was quite bored and indifferent. We went there two or three times so it wasnt just a single bad day either and her attitude really impacted our impression of the practice. Even though hes much farther away from our North Beaumont home, we elected to go to Dr Tomans instead.

My chi shi loves this vet. Ive tried a couple of other vets in Beaumont, and my dog and I agree this is the best one! Theyre so compassionate and really have your pets best interest at heart. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. They always know my pup by name and play with him while were waiting.
