Throughout the years I have visited several different veterinarians thinking they are all the same. But when I finally came to Scott and Jane at Kindness I stayed because the care was substantially different. Now I bring all my animals (3 cats, 1 dog) to Kindness and trust their rich experience completely. They have extremely shrewd medical judgement and advice. They are very professional, respectful, & accommodating. Last year, our cat had a severe infection from perforated bowel and came very close to death. They quickly explained the scenario and all the options without imposing but also expressing the seriousness of the situation. Fortunately, his surgery was a success and they saved his life. They even reduced some of the costs afterwards so that it wasnt excessively expensive for us. Our cat does great now and I have no doubt that I have Scott and Jane to thank. I sincerely recommend Kindness no matter what breed or age your animal.

I just had the most wonderful experience at this office. First of all it has been years since going here and calling them this morning with an urgent situation was no problem at all. The young lady that answered the phone was most helpful and got me in within hours to be seen. Once there I was immediately escorted to an exam room with my dog, their patient to determine the problem with his foot. Within minutes the vet came in and immediately recognized that my pup was in pain. He administered medication so he could examine and clean this wound out and then told me what to watch for over the next few days. I was sent home with medication so the wound should heal well now. If not I know I can count on this office to get my pup in to be seen.

I have been going to Kindness Pet Clinic since I got my first cat, over 10 years ago. They have since moved to a new building on Indianolas east side. Depending on the day you go, you might have a wait, especially if you go on a Saturday. Be sure to bring your cat in a carrier, big dogs might come in and the waiting room reverberates dog barks.

We have taken our pets to Kindness Pet Clinic for many years and have found the care to be excellent. The vets are through and compassionate and explain procedures well. When we needed emergency care, it was provided quickly. Scott and Jane have gone the extra mile in caring for our pets.

These doctors have always been wonderful with my animals. Even if my animals were less than excited to be there! The doctors explain things straight and to the point. Even though I live in the middle of Norwalk, they are well worth the drive for the amount of care they put into the animals.

Very caring staff. We had to put our 18yr old cat down and Dr. Scott Moline was very compassionate. He gave our cat a sedative while my son was holding him so that he fell asleep in the arms of his boy while we all said goodbye. These people are the best.

This place is the best vet in the area, hands down. Their prices are way below the average in the area and you can really tell the veterinarians care about what they do. I will only take my dog and cat to Kindness Pet Clinic.
