I had a great experience with North Paws. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the different wellness packages, and they obviously care about what they are doing. The facility itself is great - spacious, well-laid out (anybody with an active dog in a waiting room can tell you why this is important), and clean. I like that they are able to do many of the diagnostic tests (x-ray, labs) in the clinic instead of waiting for days by sending them out. Dr. Riggs was extremely professional and thorough. One of our dogs had some dental issues, and she thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of all of the options available to us for his treatment. We purchased the dental wellness package for both of our dogs, which when I compared its features to other clinics was a very good deal. Will definitely be bringing our dogs back!

FANTASTIC clinic with super friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I moved to the area and we were referred to North Paws by a friend. Honestly, I dont think we could have found a better clinic for our family. All of the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Riggs truly cares for our pets and that is a major relief. Weve been to other vet clinics in the past where we were just a number, just another client. When we walk into North Paws we know that our pets will get the love and care they need and even some belly rubs and kisses. Our old lady, Snuffles is 17!! Wed like to thank North Paws for helping us keep our "puppy" happy, healthy and young at heart!

I was very impressed with my experiences at North Paws. First, my dog Snow went in for grooming and he is usually a very nervous dog and even the previous place I was taking him said they had to use a muzzle and groom him through out the day. That was not the case here! He was done in a couple hours and they said he did great. The atmosphere at their facility is very warm and welcoming along with the whole staff. He later had to go in for an ear infection which Dr. Riggs did a great job of explaining everything and recommended a medication no other vet has and Snow is doing so well now! The prices are very competitive as well. I HIGHLY recommend North Paws for both vet and grooming needs.

Dr Riggs at North Paws has been fantastic to work with. My cat Clyde got diabetes and she has been there every step of the way to help him get better. She has worked with me to help me find the most cost efficient and effective treatment for him. It has been a long process, but she has been nice enough to talk to me on the phone and give advice week by week. It has been a couple of months but the hard work has paid off. Clyde is doing great. Through trial and error we have found the right does of insulin and gotten him back to where he needs to be. I am so grateful! Dr Riggs is wonderful and I would recommend North Paws!

We HIGHLY recommend North Paws! We were very impressed with the professionalism and compassion that Dr. Riggs and her staff provided during our visit. Although the visit itself was tough (we brought in our cat to be put down), Dr. Riggs was incredibly kind and helped us immensely during that difficult time. We even received a card in the mail from Dr. Riggs and her staff with their condolences about the loss of our cat. You can tell that Dr. Riggs truly cares about the well being of pets (and their owners!) when you visit North Paws. Again, we would highly recommend her!

Great vet clinic! I have 4 animals, 2 dogs and 2 cats and have received excellent care for each of them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and seem to be more concerned with the well being of each animal opposed to being concerned with how close it is to closing time when you come in or how many plans or services they can offer you. The grooming service they provide is very convenient also, Ive recommenced it to many of my friends. Only negative I would say is the location is a little hard to see from the road when driving by but that is just nick-picking.

Dr. Coral is the best! super friendly, great with animals (even my grumpy norwegian forest cat warmed up to her within a minute!) and staff is great as well. The saturday hours are perfect for me, and i was able to get my cat in and out within 30 min, with the diagnostic results that afternoon. They also make sure to explain the pricing really well, and make a list of recommended tests/services and the prices so that you arent surprised when you get the bill. Even though my house is far from Maple grove, i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Outside of how professional and friendly the staff are, I like that they are very calming during what can be a very stressful situation. We love our pets and the staff here are very assuring, leaving you feeling at ease no matter the issue. Also, despite that going to the vet might not be the most fun for our dog, she really does love the staff and Dr. Riggs. I definitely recommend North Paws for anyone looking for veterinary services.

Love this place! They are always so compassionate and caring and treat all the animals like they are their own. They are super accommodating and very reasonably priced... especially if you take advantage of one of the packages they offer. Definitely recommend them if you are in the Maple Grove area. You can rest assured your pets are getting the best possible care.

We visited North Paws for grooming of our dog on two occasions so far. I am so impressed by how much more through and well-done his cut is than when we have taken him to a big box groomer. The time spent there is shorter as well which seems to put less stress on our pup.
