They dont know what theyre doing. My first experience was good, I went in for a regular checkup. The next time I went in, they couldnt diagnose what was wrong. I had a knot on my shin that was growing in size. And I was seen by both doctors, theyre sisters I believe. They dont even talk to each other. I had to tell one what her sister thought it was and she didnt agree. So I went in 3 times, each time doing bloodwork with no answer. And having to pay each time even though I was told it was a followup to get results. So I went through all that to get no answer, luckily it cleared up. The last time I went in to confirm my pregnancy after I took an at-home test. I provided a sample, went on my way with no response. Days later, I called their office for the results and the assistant refused to provide them, which I can understand, but by that point I was already frustrated and didnt want to pay another Co pay for the results . After hearing my frustration they allowed him to give me the results and he said I was not pregnant. I had my blood drawn by another place and they were able to give me my results that day and confirmed that I was. Not a good experience. I went back because initially it was and then progressively got worse.

Front desk disorganized - Was waiting 26 minutes before they asked me to fill out paperwork. Go back up and they ask for documents (insurance n id) - i dont have an id so she suggest that I get a text on it and thats what I do... she then says she cannot take it off a text? So I then fax and the fax machine doesnt work so then I ask for email and they dont have an email? Lady just wanted me to leave like that kind of feeling when you go to a restaurant and everything you want they have run out but.... this is my HEALTH!!! Not a #1 combo!! Which by the way I usually get better service in a taco stand!! Ya i agree with the prior comment from a lady... go somewhere else or "run" somewhere else

Run as fast as you can. Her office staff cannot even figure out what number to call on your insurance card to verify insurance. Then tell you that your insurance company said your insurance is no longer valid. Dr. C. Cano will have you keep coming back for unnecessary tests. I was informed when trying to get a prescription refilled for my anti depressants that I needed to have blood work every two months. I have never had blood work done for anti depressants. She has my husband keep coming back every month to get his meds refilled. All you are and your insurance is to Dr. Cano is a money machine.

I called to verify my appointment, the lady was really rude and hang up the phone 3 times !!! They wanted me pay $50 dlls because I decide not to see the doctor because of the poor customer service, but the sign outside says $25 dlls cancellation fee. I didnt have the chance to meet dr Cano. awful customer service.
