I was a patient until Nov. 16 in which I was told at the time of my visit that my insurance was no longer accepted by my doctors office. It sure would have been nice to know before I took off work to be notified my insurance was not accepted. I was left trying to find a doctor at the last minute. I was fortunate my wifes doctor was accepting new patients and I was able to be seen. Now over six months later, Dr. Fuentes office claimed I was seen by there office on that same date in November, charged my insurance company for the visit and sent me a bill for the co pay. I tried to call Dr. Fuentes office to ask about this bill I received. The billing representative I talked to was very confrontational, rude and defensive when I tried to calmly ask a question regarding the bill. I at least expected to talk to a representative from Dr. Fuentes s office in a calm professional and customer friendly manner, but instead I received a confrontational person more impressed with being second in charge to the doctor himself. I will never go back to Dr. Fuentes or refer anyone to his office.

This far the worst place Ive been---You will have a very long wait, the longest I had to wait to see the nurse practitioner was 2 hrs and 45 min and the last visit 1 hr and 30 mins and had to leave because I had another important appointment which I thought I would be out within hour so I made the appointment 2 hrs from the doctors. Insurance plan changed and the insurance changed my doctor to one according to my location-called to see if they could give me a refill since I last saw doctor in October, they would not even when they knew my situation and show no compassion what so ever, even when I tried to get my refund of my money so I could go to an Urgent Care, they advised they would have to go through normal procedures and mail out a check-as if it would kill them to break procedures since this was urgent. All though nurse practitioner Hernandez was very good , its sad they do not care to help you just because your doctor changed and you are trying to get through until your visit with that doctor and since they last saw me in October it should have been no problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Lets start with the staff behind the glass.... RUDE!!! The lady with the white blonde hair stares you down like youre crazy, she never smiles and has an attitude whenever you ask her something. She doesnt even have common courtesy to look at you while youre talking, her head is always down. Or how about they NEVER answer the phone smh! Even my pharmacy say they hate calling requesting anything from this clinic. Not to mention the wait is RIDICULOUS!!!! Im not talking 20 or 30 mins. Lets try a hour to hour in a half before youre even seen! So guess what? If your job is strict about being on time, then dont schedule to come here because your appointments are NEVER ON TIME!! I really dont even think this place knows what a schedule is. Sad!!! Even when we get serviced, we end up at Urgent Care because they didnt catch the cause of the illness to properly treat it. The customer service is poor and Weve never even seen this Dr. Fuentes lol Run away from this place as far as you can.. Especially if its for your baby!

Para enpesar el personal es despota no te atienden te dejan en el cuarto de espera por horas y el medico ke te mira dura si acaso 2 minutosy lo peor ke no te dan esplicaciones y si preguntas algo contestan de mala gana y no se diga esa diske rresepcionista ke se ase llamar Veronica nunca esta de buen humor no saviendo ke de los pacientes es de kien rresiven sus salario piensan ke uno va a pedir algo gratis ke ignorancia pero bueno es mejor canbiar de DR y evitar ese tipo de molestias yo no lo rrecomerdaria con NADIE

Excelente Dr. Desde hace 12 años Nos ha atendido a mí a mi mamá que viene de vacaciones en ocasiones y a mis 2 hijos siempre con mucha amabilidad y paciencia, encuentra siempre la solución a nuestros problemas médicos. Estoy muy satisfecha con sus servicios. I went to see Dr. Guillermo Fuentes for a routine physical. Overall I felt good about the visit. We talked about a couple of medications he was to prescribe and the usual first visit questions and that was it. A few days later I received a call that my prescriptions were ready, so I went to pick it them up from the pharmacy inside his clinic. But, once I got home, I realized I was given two different medications from the ones the Dr. and I talked about during my visit. I have made multiple attempts, with various members of his staff, but have yet to receive an explanation.

Te atienden cuando kieren y te cambian el horario de la cita siempre tienen mala cara en la recepcion te dejan esperando casi dos horas y todabia se enojan cuando les preguntas que si ya te pueden atenden muy mal servicio especialmente los sabados

Dr. Fuentes has been my childs pediatrician for over 9 years. He is by far the most professional & kind Doctor I have ever come across in my Life!!! He cares about each and every patient. His entire staff display the same integrity and kindness that Dr. Fuentes does. Highly Recommended!!!

Takes forever to see a doctor. Took them 45 minutes to check my insurance and its benefits. Then took me 15 in the room. Front receptionist are rude and clueless. They look about my age or younger with minimum knowledge of their job. Im 19. Pathetic.

Worse dr office ever. You will wait for an hour for your name to be called and wait another hour inside the room for the doctor.Very disorganized. Staffs at the front desk are not nice.

I went in to get my test results and they were not ready. Then they wanted to charge me for another visit to give me the results. Basically they are ripoff artists. Avoid at all costs.
