With my first two children i had problems with high blood pressure during my pregnancy so my Dr from Houston would induce my labor around 36 weeks because my blood pressure would get higher each week. With my third pregnancy I moved to Brownsville and started going to Dr Cisneros we had already agree that he was going to induce me since my blood pressure was higher each time i would go to his office and plus I had told him about my other pregnancys when I was 35 weeks I asked him again and he said no because the insurance will get mad instead he would send me to the hospital because my blood pressure was like in the 150s On my last month I spend every weekend in the hospital and on Mondays he would send me home the last time he tried sending me to the hospital I was so mad I went to his office because someone from his office called me that i was going to have surgery for a wart removal that "I" had in my private part after my c section. I kept telling the nurse no you have the wrong number and patient and she was no maam I have the right patient so i went to the office to get it straight out and when I got there they realized it was the wrong person the nurses were just staring at me knowing that they had made a mistake but they never apologized. When I told the Dr. he looked at me like if I was the crazy one and didnt ask his staff to see who had called after I showed him the number from his office and didnt gave me an answer instead he change the subject that he was worried about my blood pressure by this time I was already 40 weeks so he sends me to the hospital and that night he induced my labor but since my blood pressure was already too high it was like 198/something even the nurses from the hospital were very worried because it was that high. When the Dr. arrived he got scared and said, "omg we need an emergency c section" I was so mad because that was the reason I kept telling him to induce me because i didnt want to have a c section thats why I kept telling him about my history but he was more worried about the insurance company getting mad if he induced me. For me that ment that he was more worried about the money than his patient. After my next week checkup I didnt return to his office. I had a really bad experience.

Doctor is alright but the receptionists Mayra is soooo rude! I Had my daughter with him in 2013 had no problems then returned in 2017 for second pregnancy but could never be seen I had a hard time trying to get seen which never happened. I have insurance but when they checked online it said I was inactive I told them I had just spoke to my insurance and they told me I was active since July but they wouldnt take me I told them to call my insurance and they wouldnt want to do that! I suggested that if I can bring a copy that I can print online of my insurance and they wouldnt take that either! I had such a hard time I went with another doctor and he was able to see me right there and then! He needs better reception!

He is a good doctor . Needs improvement: The office wait,and others going , ahead when you have advised the office front desk that surgical bandage that needs to be change. Lost stars. Infection not a concern for staff.
