Do NOT consider this renaiance group for your pregnancy if you care your life and baby. I wrote this to make sure people know before to consider. We moved from Dallas to Austin and we do not know much in Austin, so after google search we took appointment here for wife second pregnancy care and delivery. I have noticed the crew there rude and irresponsible, they dont take details properly first thing. I doubt who gave authorization to work in this profession for them. They will ask confusing questions without their advice. 1.During 9month pregnancy, they calculated my wife blood group wrong and gave rodum shots twice, they should not be giving these shots as per other St. Davids Medical Center (NA) who did analysis in final check out. I do reported this twice to renaince Dr.Loar whom we were visiting there, they said they will investigate who wrongly checked blood group and they never come back yet after till now. 2. Oncall Dr.Ginger was present when pushing, she was just watching without any advice for 12hours. She waited till my wife drain out and her feaver started incresed peak, still she did not give any advice, so i forced to go c-section. 3. When baby born, baby was in 48hours monitoring due to checking infection, its just Gods grace he was alive and happily born. 4. my wife had to gone thru C-section, the sticthes did not heal on-time after one month, so we visited every week and checking, the nurse dont even bother to see they are getting healed or not. there was no access to doctor after baby born. so I called St. Davids Medical Center(NA) emergency number, they admitted since its within 8weeks grace duration. once we reach there, St. Davids Medical Center(NA), reniance on call doctor came and he was furious why we went to St. Davids Medical Center(NA). so I argued there with reniance doctor about their irresponsibility about human life. so he changed medication and stiches healed. 3. I highly recommend not to consider this renaiance group for your pregnancy if you care your life and baby. I can provide my details and records would like to know further.

We are having our second child and decided to try the sibling class they offer here. I really would not recommended for anyone, does not matter the age of your kid. To me, if my child is 6 or older, I think as a parent I can explain to him/her there will be a new baby coming into the family without any class. Might sound too confident, but right now, our 3 yr old knows a new baby sister is coming and she will need to share her stuffs and she will teach her how to talk/walk/eat/play. I was looking for guides on how to explain a new baby to a <5 year kid. Class offered QA session, which is useless. A baby picture, which we can find on-line, video of big kids talking about how they feel about the new baby, think a <5 yr old would understand that or even pay more than 3 minutes attention to the TV. What I was looking for (maybe) a picture/cartoon of pregnant mommy showing a baby inside her tummy. Pictures on how they can help mommy/daddy taking care of the baby, like bring diapers, food, clothes. Showing kids with pictures how they can teach/share what was theirs with the baby. None of that for kids <5 that is at their understanding level. We stayed until the end, but there were parents with small kids like ours that just left the class. It was very waste of our time.

I am technically a patient of Dr. Smith although I have never met her. I have in fact never seen the same person any of the times I have had an office visit. I think this may be part of the key problem. Their lack of attention to detail has been a never ending frustration for me. I was prescribed a birth control that is not covered by my health insurance, and was told I would be able to get the generic version which in fact does not exist. It was a nightmare to get the prescription changed; Now the new prescription is affecting me in a negative way. When I called the "Help Nurse" she basically told me tough luck. When she continued to insinuate maybe it wasnt the birth control that was affecting my emotional state (totally disregarding the fact that Im suffering with extreem fatigue) maybe it was that I had other emotional issues.. I am not, have never been an overly emotional person and I am so deelpy affended by the treatment I received I am now writing this review. If theyre too lazy to be concerned for my well being. I will go somewhere else. I am a firm believer that if a Doctor ever tells someone suffering that its "All in their head" its time to find another doctor.

Im currently a patient there - half way through! And so far I really like the practice. Its MUCH better than the experience I had across the street with the doctors being more concerned with their vacations than letting my baby come when she was ready. Suggesting an induction at 35 weeks was not only a shock, but I felt helpless. I vowed never to use a traditional doctor again. (No, I did not allow them to induce me and stuck to my guns, but the fact that I had to go through that is ridiculous). This led me to the Womens Group. I was told up front on my very first visit that there is a team of midwives and a doctor. They rotate on every visit and that I will not see the same person each time. This will allow me to get to know everyone and when the time comes for me to have my baby, I can put in my preference of who Id like to be there as far as the midwives are concerned. The thing about the complaints below is unless you have already gotten to the point of no return (IMO, 30 weeks) - SWITCH practices! No one says you have to stick with a doctor all the way through if you dont like them.

This office is the worst practice in Austin. They are highly uneducated and their front desk staff treats you like a number. Absolutely no care and compassion. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Neyman, when I arrived and checked in, the front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. I waited over an hour, and then went back to the desk to ask how much longer the wait would be, she told me they would call my name when they were ready.. Seriously, no explanation. She proceeded to tell me how there were way more important patients in front of me and if I didnt like it, I could leave. Are you kidding??! I have waited too long to leave. I chose to wait it out, since I had waited this long, and of course the service was just the same with the doctor. Dr. Neyman, was not a friendly person at all, so her front desk is very consistent with the entire office energy. If you are looking for a welcoming friendly environment, DO NOT GO HERE!!

As a patient of Dr Gutierrez I am honestly shocked at a lot of the reviews I have read here about RWG. I have to admit that I have only been seen by Dr Gutierrez (since 2014) and her NP (once) but I have always had a great visit. And I go regularly. I suffer from chronic BV and have a bacteria imbalance naturally and they are always so willing to be open and understanding as well as extremely helpful to think outside of the box to try and help me where other Drs have just given up and casted me aside to the next Dr. Billing and blood work has always been great. I love that they have a phlebotomist on staff on site and readily available. Dr. Gutierrez actually listens to me and doesnt just treat me like a number or like the general populous of women. She listens to my concerns and treats me unique to them. I do highly recommend Dr Gutierrez at the very least as she is the only one I have seen but I appreciate her services.
