By far one of the best doctors I have ever been too. I saw him for about 3 years as he helped me with fertility issues, then through my pregnancy and to my birth. He was always there for us. He helped me conceive, and then was there on Christmas eve when I began to have a miscarriage. He came to hospital on Christmas Eve and he said, I think it is best that we go forward with a DNC. I said ok, when can we do that. He said tomorrow, I want you to be able to move forward as soon as possible. So he came in on Christmas day. I was so surprised. After another few months, we were able to conceive again and that one ended with a perfect baby boy. During my pregnancy I dealt with gestational diabetes, and he worked with me through that. He helped me make the right decisionm was never judgmental. He was always so patient with us, he always let us know what was next, what was the plan, and he always listened to our concerns. We could not have done it without him. He moved way north after that, otherwise I would still drive from Kyle to 38th st just to see him.

I moved to Austin 6 years ago and searched for the best OBGYN that with both the personality and medical experience I wanted. So many can be too cold or not personable at all. I read so many reviews and checked their educational background but the thing that stood out to me the most about Dr. Phillips was his personal bio. As soon as I read a little about him and of course is awesome reputation I knew I had found my doctor. He delivered my son in November of 2017 and it was an amazing experience! He is informative, relaxed and listens to every silly question I may have. Thank you Dr. Phillips for being more than just a doctor for my family.

I had a surgery years ago and was told I had large tumors which i had none, during the process my bladder was cut into and damaged for the remainder of my life, i have seen over 15 specialist during the coarse of this triumph and Dr. Michael Phillips was never held accountable....i have to pay for my own medications that I take the for life...please think twice before seeing this Dr... get second and third opinion...My life has been a nightmare and continues...I was tricked into having the surgery in the first place..This is not a Dr. that cares about the people but about the money.

I have an unusual perspective on Dr. Phillips; he was my daughters OB, delivered my grandson (I was there), and now I live in Austin and hes my GYN. I can unreservedly recommend him for all areas of health for women. Hes brilliant, patient until he needs not to be (delivery of grandson), unwavering in his support during pregnancy and issues for GYN services, has a great staff, and has a super sense of humor! Anyone who needs an OB/GYN should consider him.
