Watch this office! Their billing/coding is just on the edge of shady. I had to contact them several times a week for someone to respond to my questions. And then still ended up paying for a procedure that should have been covered as preventitive visit. I will neve use another Baylor Scott & White Facility again. I hope this review will help others avoid the mistake I made.

Dr. Handcock is great! Very thorough. Listens to you. Actually hears you! It is unfortunate that he practices at a Scott & White facility. I can no longer go to him as Scott and White charges an additional facilities use charge. My insurance does not cover that forcing me to pay the additional amount.
