Dr. Mulligan treated me the year of 2009, when I was 19 years of age. Her and her staff were extremely rude to me throughout my experience and treated me as if I was a criminal. Im assuming I was treated this way because I was young and on Soonercare. I wasnt aware that with my insurance I had the option to choose my doctor, so I stayed. During one of our visits my fiancé used a restroom, somehow the handle came off. When I showed up to my next visit they had a picture of my fiancé plastered on the front door saying to call the police if you were to see him. I had a panic attack right in the parking lot. Turns out we had to pay them a $20 charge for the handle so my fiancé could come to my appoints. When delivery time came, she had me pushing for four hours while she sat next door at her office, all the while the nurses are calling and begging her to come. Finally, when my sons heart rate drops a nurse calls and threatens to have another doctor deliver. She then comes and uses forceps. As a result, his eye was bruised and got an infection before we left the hospital. He was then put into childrens hospital for a week after birth. I also had some bladder damage, she told me to wait 4 days for it to return to normal. I called her office on day 3, I was scared and had to go to another hospital to be with my son with a bladder that had no feeling. When I called, her staff screamed at me, literally screamed because I dared to call them on day 3 rather than day 4. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. This Doctor and her staff caused me a lot of un needed and undeserved stress and embarrassment throughout my pregnancy. Most importantly, she caused a lot of pain to my newborn child. I would hate for anyone else to have the experience I did.

At first I never had a problem but went for my yearly check up and my blood pressure was high. Wanted to instantly put me on Lisinopril. Which put me in the ER with issues. Keeps insisting that I go off my birth control. Doesnt listen at all. Took in my home blood pressure monitor and showed that I wasnt high and still wants to put me on a blood pressure medication or take me off my birth control. I have more issues off the birth control than I do on it. And keeps wanting me to come back every two weeks to check me. I will be finding a new Obgyn.

I had a great experience here! My only concern was the communication between staff may be lacking. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff who assisted me with some questions I had on the paperwork. The nurses are super sweet and you can tell they have a great work environment. I was a little nervous going in, but Dr.Mulligan answered every question I had in depth and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I definitely recommend

I absolutely love Dr. Mulligan! She has been so good to me and my family and for that I am so thankful and grateful! I am sad that I wont get the pleasure of having her deliver another baby for us but thankful that I got the opportunity to have her deliver 2.
