Called in December of 2015. Couldnt get my appointment for just a checkup until February. I understand a wait since I was a new patient but it took a little too long IMO. Discussed birth control options with Jennifer Vasquez. She was very sweet and intelligent and knowledgeable about all options they offered. Went with the implant. Day of my checkup I filled paperwork out for the office to send to the manufacturer. I was told the order paper would be sent in that same day and to call in two weeks to check if it had arrived, and to make the appointment to have it administered. I called in two weeks exactly to check and thats when I was notified it wasnt in. I was told theyd call my insurance company to verify theyd accepted to pay for the implant. Nothing wrong with the insurance. So they called the manufacturer. Then I was told a mixed answer of what happened with paperwork and honestly Im still very confused about what happened with the paperwork they were responsible for sending. So they gave ME the manufacturers phone number to figure out THEIR mistake MYSELF. The manufacturer associates I spoke with told me they never received any paperwork. So they had to resend it and I had to wait an additional two weeks. Which wouldve been less irritating had I been professionally and courteously notified of their mess-up. It ended up coming in and Jennifer Vasquez administered it. She was wonderful and soothing and totally professional. Called in today to see about getting the implant removed because I am beyond miserable from this. No incessant bleeding or anything, just exponentially heightened anxiety and its honestly been tearing away at aspects of my life. Crying at work. Crying at school. Its been a miserable experience. Turns out that Jennifer left the office. Front desk lady said verbatim, "Jennifer is no longer with us," and all I can think of is, "Thanks for the notice." So I am inconvenienced yet again. I was told that Jarvis was unable to perform the removal procedure which is fine I get why. But to not notify a patient their doctor has left the office? Honestly I am -pissed-. Front desk lady told me the name of another doctor at another facility I could go to. I waited for a town name and facility name or some kind of information of where I could find another doctor. There was a long and uncomfortable pause and then the woman asks, "Did you need a phone number?" No of course Im not going to need the phone number of a doctor I dont know since my current one was no longer available. I dont know how dumb you could be. Honestly. These are supposed to be professionals and courteous people. Jesus Christ its the medical field, youre supposed to care about people. I am honestly never going back and if youre reading this Id find another office because my experience was mostly inconveniences other than when I was one-on-one with a great doctor that isnt even there anymore. Dr Jarvis is the most amazing doctor I have ever experienced!! She is extremely knowledgable, her bed side manner is perfect and I honestly feel like part of the family every time I have an appointment. Her whole staff is amazing and they are all as sweet as can be!! Doctor Jarvis is the only Doctor I would go to! She also delivered my precious miracle baby and everything went smoothly and just as I had hoped and prayed! Thank you Dr Jarvis and staff for all you have done and continue to do for me!

Dr. Jarvis is an amazing person. She not only is a wonderful doctor who has helped many families but her help with Parkinson research and her desire to help others is astounding. I attended her winter gala to support research for people with Parkinson disease. I was very moved at everything she has done and the help she has given others as well. Great person and great character, highly, HIGHLY recommended!

Tried to make an appointment for several weeks, but the physician was unavailable to communicate with. I had a personal issue, so I just needed some short information from the Dr. Unavailable. Other offices were much more helpful. Hope your experience is better.

I absolutely love DR. Jarvis and her entire staff! They changed locations to downsize, but the new office is just as nice as the old one.
