I took my 4 year old cat in to the Dallas office to be spayed and microchipped. When I took her in they told me I could come and pick her up anytime between 3-4pm. I showed up at 2:45 because I wanted to be sure that I picked her up as soon as she was ready and that I wouldnt have to wait in line to pick her up like I did when I dropped her off. Once I got there they told me they werent processing the cats yet, because they were still working on the dogs. I told them I would wait. I waited for 2 hours! Every single person that dropped off pets that morning was given their animal while I sat and waited. I asked for her numerous times and kept being told that they were going to check on her but never got a response. I was there almost an hour after the check out time had ended and still nothing. They finally brought her out to me with specific instructions to not let her out of her carrier that night, so I didnt. I kkept her confined until the next morning and as soon as she was let out of the carrier, I realized that her hind legs were almost completely limp. That afternoon she regained some use of her hind legs but has continued to limp on her right hind leg since her surgery. I called today to see about bringing her in to get checked out and was basically told that nothing they did to my cat could have caused this, and that they basically didnt believe that the injury was their problem, nor do they have the resources to treat her for an injury that they inflicted and that my only recourse would be to take her to a vet. So unless you want to risk your animal being maimed by these butchers, do not take your pets here. they are ill equipped to deal with injuries that they themselves inflict on poor helpless animals. I feel like I failed my fur-baby by taking her to these butchers! Proceed with caution. These people are careless with animals and have no remorse for the harm they do to beloved pets.

Im only giving them one star because I have to. So in January, we got a dog from the Mesquite Animal Shelter. We paid to get her shots done and to get her spayed. When we took her here the first time, they said she had a cold and couldnt be spayed or have one of her shots until she was better so we waited about a month and tried again. This time when we called to set up the appointment, we tried calling about twice a day for at least a week. We left messages on their voicemail EVERY TIME but never received a call back. We tried again in March, April and May and still never heard anything. Finally someone answered, its July now but the receptionist we spoke to said that we waited too long and they dont have any record of the payment from the City of Mesquite.. WE waited too long even though we tried to call more than 15 times to set up an appointment and left voicemails and tried everything we could possibly do?? We never once got a call back and its our fault. On top of all of this, they said they gave my dog all of the shots she needed except her rabies shot because she had a cold but when we scheduled another appointment with a different vet, they said she only received one shot... seriously... Spay Neuter Network is shady and they are liars. I hope no one uses them. I will not let my dog be in their care ever again. I hope this helps someone so they dont go through all of the headache that we have. My name isnt in your system because I didnt pay for her, someone else did. It is in their name.

They had a piece of paper with a veterinarian signature indicating that she already had her rabies shot, but they STILL gave her the extra shot. The authorization release form does not indicate that a rabies test will be administered nor do they ask for the paperwork to prove that the pet has already received the shot. They also were not confident enough in determining that she was already spayed before (I got her at a shelter, so there was no way for me to know for sure). So they advised me to watch her for the next 6 months even though I explained that she has some symptoms of being in heat. Then, when we picked her up, they lost my paper, which was for the shelter to see that she has her rabies shot and was sterilized. Im upset because it has a lot of personal information on it and that puts me at risk of fraud. In addition, my cat was shaved haphazardly. Two nipples were bleeding and another is shaved off and also was bleeding. (Edit) Spay Neuter Network called me personally to clarify that the scar could be from a cesarean section or abdominal surgery, hence, the uncertainty in stating whether it was a scar from spay or not. They were also able to retrieve the paper I requested. I just hope that the people who prep for surgery would be more careful when shaving cats. I understand it is difficult, but I believe there could be techniques used so less harm is done in the future.

This network had a $20 Chihuahua fix day and I decided it was finally time to get my 3 year old baby fixed and up to date on shots. The ONLY reason Im not rating one star is the price of the shots. Now let me start my list of everything they did wrong. 1st off they lied to get more money. My grandma is the one who took my dog and paid for the procedure and in order to get the full pay for the procedure they claimed my dog was overweight and charged us $15 . My chihuahua is 6-7 pounds after eating, which is nowhere near overweight. Then, they said she was in heat which I can tell you with absolutely 100% accuracy that she was not, $10 add on. 2nd when my baby got home I realized immediately that I could see her inside stitches!! And incase you didnt know, after a spay the female dog is stitched up inside then glued outside, only half my babys incision was glued. 3rd I tried to call about this to see what to do and I sat on hold an hour before I realized they had forgotten they had put me on hold. And now my dog is at the 5 day mark and her back mammary glands are swollen, discolored, and hard which will probably cost me a trip to the animal hospital close to my home. I would never take my pets here for a fix ever again.

Waste of time. Made the appointment that was easy. The lady told me it would be 20$ deposit for each pet. I had 2 dogs. So 40$, that Id get it back when I pick them back up. I said ok cool. Lady on the phone told me to bring a waterbill saying I live in fort worth. Told her I live with my parents, she said thats fine. My dad came with me. We live fort worth, tx. An hour away from this place. When I get up there. This is where they suckered me out my money. Im waiting in line. Got there at 7am. We left fort worth to Crandell, tx at 5:50am. As im waiting this rude snarky lady asked for a Utility in my name. I didnt have one because my parents pay the bills. I just pay for my car payment. It still wasnt good enough. My car payment information receipt was on my phone. Showed her my address, name and even debit card information. She wanted a utility bill. I didnt have. So, she told me that she couldnt help me and that she wouldnt give me my deposit back. So not only am I pregnant (on the verge of having a miscarriage) drove an hour away, wasted alot of gas, still couldnt help me. **Update, Lost my baby** suppose to be on bedrest but wanted to get the awesome deal. Thanks for wasting my time.
