We have been going to Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic for more than 22 years and Dr Taylor has been our vet. Our kids have had several rescued dogs, 4 cats, birds, hamsters and every time we go there we have a friendly experience, the staff seems happy and enjoying the work. Dr Taylor always takes extra care and time with our animals, he has a lot of experience so we don’t have to go through extra tests plus the prices are pretty affordable and this is pretty nice when you have so many animals like we do. But above all, no much matter how much busy the clinic can be, Dr Taylor is always calm, honest and respectful and this is appreciated.

Great vet practice. All 4 of the doctors are great, I dont even worry about which doctor we see,though I know you can specify if you wish. They are down to earth, reasonable in their pricing, friendly and very good at what they do. Actually have a very accurate and timely comparison on the pricing. Took one of our dogs in Friday for yearly work and a year of heartworm/flea medication. My father took his similar dog in to his vet on Thursday and was happened to mention it and complain about the fees. My bill was 150 less for the same services and similar medicine. Love the practice and recommend it highly.

Both of our BOXER babies (Sarge & Simba) are taken care of by the RCVC and DR. Albers and they are taken care of VERY WELL, if I might add. it doesnt matter if the wonderful staff at RCVC is busy or not, the service we get is always the same, nothing short of unbelievably caring and amazing. Dr. Albers gets on the floor and lets the boys give him kisses and they love the treats they get at the end of the visit as well. We love the pricing of the services and the prompt service we get, every time we stop by. Thank You very much for all that You do at the RCVC. We will keep coming back.

My dogs have never liked going to any vet that theyve been to but Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic definitely changes their feelings about going to get their yearly shots. I have never seen my dogs so happy and cheerful to be at a vet clinic before. The veterinarians show the most amazing compassion in what theyre doing and have so much knowledge in their practice. The receptionist are very helpful and the technicians show nothing but love and care for my dogs. I have recommended Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic to everyone I know and will continue to bring my animals here!

Rockwall County Vet Clinic is the best vet clinic I have ever used. I currently travel over 20 miles just to continue to take my dog here for regular care and boarding. The doctors are very professional, caring an honest. The entire staff treats me and my pets with care and respect. Their pricing is always fair and the doctors never pressure you for unnecessary treatment, and go out of their way to educate me on matters concerning my pets. I have referred several of my friends and family here, and they have also become loyal clients. Fair, Honest, Caring and respectful!

We got there at 5:37 pm with no appointment, but with a bloated belly dog. From the beginning the front desk personnel showed a bad attitude. We were informed a doctor would see us, but the rude treatment continued. I understand it is not nice to get a last minute costumer at the end of the day, but they should close earlier if the shifts are too long for their front desk people to be merciful and helpful. I ended up going away looking for another clinic.

Love Dr Rodgers and Albers. Dr Taylor was rough with my pets. He has been rude a few times, cutting me off while I am trying to give details about the situation. He likes to talk and not listen. Just to the point and get you out. All of the staff is really nice except Sandy. I still take my pets there but choosy about who I see. Prices are fair and I trust Rodgers and Albers for quality care and making the right choices.

Drs. Taylor, Albers and Rogers have taken care of our dogs for the last 6+ years. Of the 6 dogs we have taken to them all have had special needs and the whole staff is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and keeps us informed on any and all procedures needed/recommended. Older front desk lady is extremely rude! Does not know the first thing about canine reproduction and gave me serious attitude when I tried to book an ultrasound appointment. Dr. Tayor however is wonderful and the nicest man you will ever meet. I just wish they would get a more friendly and knowledgeable receptionist.

We have been going to Rockwall County veterinary clinic for the past six years. They have been treating both of our cats and our dog and have helped us out quite a bit with some issues that have come up. Front desk and Doctors have always been professional, helpful, courteous and friendly.

Very bad experience left my doggies water bottle in the parking lot for one hour and they gave it away to someone else it was his baby water bowl for seven years also that Dr. Gable password work on his leg without an x-ray trying to charge me $2000

Great place to go. Ive been taken my pets there for about 15 years now. Dr Taylor and Dr Albers are great with my pets. They always love on them. Friendly service and very clean place everytime we go in. :) I recomend to anyone.
