I had been to two other vets in the area before my neighbor recommended Dr. Gentry. My black lab has had bad allergies since we moved to Texas 3 years ago. My dog is very scared of all vets and, while normally a friendly dog, he gets mean at the vet. The first vet we took him to said he and his staff were afraid of my dog. He was also unable to control his allergies, which led to multiple infections. I went to another vet, and while they were more competent with scared dogs, they were also unable to help with his allergies. My poor dog was miserable and I felt awful! I finally took him to Dr. Gentry. Not only was the staff able to handle my dogs personality, they were able to treat his allergies effectively. Nicki and Amy, the 2 techs are so awesome!! I just can not say enough good things about this office.

I am a new dog owner, I just rescued my pet from the shelter. Unfortunatley she came home with Kennel Cough. I took her to the closest vet to my house and hit the jackpot!! Timbercreek is so great. Not only is the facility clean and modern the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I called to schedule the appointment the receptionist was so energetic and informative I knew i had to take my dog to this vet. I have a very intense work schedule but Timbercreek was able to work around that to get my dog the treatment she needed. Dr. Gentry called me at my office and offered me many different options for treating my dog. Being a new dog owner i had a lot of questions and the vet tech gave me all the tips i needed and answered all my questions.

My wife and I are happy with our first Rockwall Veterinarian, but we feel blessed to have replaced them with Dan Gentry. He mentioned in our first visit that there was a rare chance our dog had a rare condition, but we needed to do a few rule out diagnoses before performing surgery. Patiently and methodically, and with the compassionate care we most wanted for Zoe, Dr. Gentry and his staff helped us through a small handful of visits before our dog went under the knife. Sure enough, the rare condition hit us, but we caught it and fixed it in a way that made us feel wonderful about the whole process. I am a huge advocate of Timbercreek Animal Hospital, and my wife and I believe he has a great future in Rockwall.

After going to vet after vet, with no-one being able to give me a diagnosis for my pet....I finally went to Timbercreek Animal Hospital! Immediately Dr. Gentry and staff recognized my pets disease. After further testing; it was confirmed and they were right. Now my pet is receiving the correct medicine and is getting better everyday! Dr.Gentry and his staff work very well together plus they work very hard to help the owner understand exactly what is going on! Very professional, easy to talk to.

Danny is a great Vet and Nikki is a great RVT. Their staff has a good synergy and interacts well with each other and their patients (animals). They are not the cheapest vet practice in town, but I would say theyre the best for small animals.

This doctor isnt interested in working with you. Its his way or no way. His receptionist is very nice. His vet tech is incredibly annoying.
