This Animal Hospital is now our new go to vet.....highly highly recommend. Weve been in Rockwall since 2001 and I am disappointed I just switched to them a year ago, wished Id been with them the whole time. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the staffing, and vets at this Hospital. Ive only taken our pets to see Dr. Michaelenko, and she is amazing. She is the most compassionate, patient and caring vet I have seen in a very long time. Additionally, her knowledge and professionalism makes her in my opinion the best vet to see our pets! Every time Ive taken any of our pets here, Ive left with a sense of comfort and ease. This speaks volumes. This last week we had to put a furry family member to sleep and while I never imagined that anyone could make this process any easier, the entire staff here DID! It meant alot to me and my husband how comforting they all were. This place is the best!

After losing my 3 year old dog due to a terrible vet, I was skeptical while looking for a new vet for my 5 year old dog. I made an appointment for my sweet girl last weekend and voiced my concerns to the vet about what happened with my youngest dog. They listened to me without judgment and were very understanding. They treated my sweet, 5 year old girl as if she were their own. My girl is the sweetest but doesnt do the best at vets (she gets nervous). They were quick, gentle and loved on my baby the whole time. I am SO happy I found them and SO happy with how they treated my girl. My animals are my babies and I know they will be taken care of and treated right with Ridge Road! Thank you!

This place is amazing! The entire staff are the nicest people and I can tell that they truly love my pets and take the best of care of them. I use them for all services including boarding and have always received the highest quality of service in every department. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves their pets and wants them to receive the best of care! I have been to other clinics before to try and save money but quickly discovered that you get what you pay for when it comes to veterinary services and will never stray from this clinic again.

This hospital saved my bunnys life. My baby boy had less than a 40% chance of surviving a horrible horrible illness, and the doctor that we saw at the Ridge Road Animal Hospital was so wonderful, even though my husband would not be getting paid for another few days, therefore we had to wait to pay for our visit, the doctor still saw our baby and gave him the medication needed in order to save his life, and allowed us to come back when my husband got paid to pay for the visit. They are so wonderful, we will never use another vet.

I have been a client of Dr Sealock for 15 years. He has cared for my personal dogs, as well as numerous foster dogs I have been responsible for during that time. He and his staff are THE BEST. They offer love and care to my animals and to me and my family. We recently lost our 19 year old shih tzu, and with their help and compassion, she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in comfort and love. I would recommend Dr Sealock to anyone looking for a very competent, well-equipped animal hospital and loving hearts among the entire staff.

I know that I work here, and have to say this, but I really WANT to say that I am so thankful for Dr. Sealock and all of our team here at RRAH. We had to perform surgery on my 9 year old dog last week to remove wire from Christmas decorations she had eaten, that had actually perforrated her stomach. Dr. Sealock was able to get everything out, and save her! I am so grateful to work for a doctor that I would take my pets to, even if I didnt work here!

Both Dr. Sealock and Dr. Beth are the most kind, compassionate and competent vets I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Over the years, they have kindly helped my two old labs over the rainbow bridge. They even sent a plant to my home in rememberence! The staff is friendly and offer to help in any way that they can. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet.

The Ridge Road staff are so nice and easy to work with. They called to check in with me after our visit and when I had questions about medication, the office quickly checked with the vet and called me back with an update right away. We will definitely return for care and for boarding services. Both services have been wonderful for our dog.

The love and care that was given to our (chihuahua) Boots was MARVELOUS, he was treated as if he was theirs. Very nice place. I took both my dogs for an initial visit just to weight them and get some heart worm preventive. The Vet even came out and talked to me and answers some questions. Very nice receptionist and extremely helpful.
