I have had nothing but problems with this doctors office! On our first visit they had us fill out paperwork (which is expected). On our second visit they said I need to fill out some papers, when the gave me the paperwork it was the some paperwork they gave me on the first visit. I told the lady at the desk I had already filled out those papers on the 1st visit. She said they didnt have them so I would have to fill it out again (they lost papers with mine and my sons personal information on it). Every time we would see Dr. Joselita D. Rodriguez she would just look at my son, ask a bunch of questions and proceed to leave the room. I would have to stop her just so I could ask questions before she would try and run out of the room. My son would not stop crying so I took him to the doctor thinking he might have a ear infection. Dr. Joselita D. Rodriguez looks at his ears and tells me he is fine. I asked her well if he is fine then why wont he stop crying. He response was "I dont know just hold him more". I was very upset and just left. I had taking him to the emergency room later that day and told them my problem. The nurse told me he had eczema behind his ears and gave me medicine for it. After we put the medicine behind his ears he was fine. I have a lot more complaints/problems with Dr. Joselita D. Rodriguez and her very rude nurses than I have listed above. I will be finding my son a pediatrician that actually knows what theyre doing and actually cares about their patients.

IF THEY DIDNT REQ. A STAR SHE WOULD GET NONE!!!!!!!! This Dr. only cares about money!!! She is understaffed- it takes way too long to see the doctor and when you do see her all she does is ask BULLSHIT questions and looks at the throat and ears and then wants $160 for an office visit. My son has asthma; he had an attack in the middle of the night, on a weekend; his nebulizer malfunctioned so I had to call 911. Well I called Dr. Rodriguez to call in a prescription to a 24 hr. pharmacy and her answering service told me I will have to wait till Monday. THE ANSWERING SERVICE! So after going left on her she passed the message to the Dr. and when Dr. Rodriguez called she tries to tell me I will have to wait till Monday too! Im baffled as to why I have to wait 3 days for a prescription, for a machine my son NEEDS TO BREATH!! The only thing she wanted was for me to spend money on an office visit. SHE WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR. SHE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY NOT THE CHILDREN

I myself used to see joselita as a child and now as a young adult I still see her when taking my sister to the doctor. Dr.Joselita is one of the best pediatricians in the Dallas area. She has been been very sociable and pleasant with my sister. She now 13 and happy. It will be a sad day when we have to take her to a regular physician. Please dont listen to these harsh reviews. Understand that Joselita tries to make time for every patient there and sometimes that required a wait. And remember that she is a doctor. If your child is an emergency she will treat it as much. Love her!

Dr.Rodriguez is actually a really good doctor.Her clerks are horrible they are rude and very unprofessional. If she doesnt get new ones she is going to lose a lot of patients.I took my daughter in for a visit and they selectively ask people to scan their insurance card and not every time I have gone did they ask for it but a couple of times I had to reschedule because I didnt have a card they had in their system and they could have verified themselves.With all that being said the doctor is good the front desk staff is horrible and very rude.

I waited almost 2 hours before her front office verified my insurance. Said I had to pay almost $400 for visit if not I couldnt see doctor. Where do they come up with almost $400 when they dont know what Dr. Rodriguez will be checking. Two other people walked out because of the horrible front office service. Our kids are sick and they dont care. Just pay me almost $400 or leave. Also, the front office was verifing insurance with glass window open and you could hear my husbands SSN being read out loud.

This doctor is so stupid please do not go to her all she does is prescibe medicine when its not even needed .....my son was 1 month old and he kept throwing up because I needed to change his formula but instead of telling me that and me having to figure it out she prescribed him a high dose of zantac..... I dont think that this doctor should be a kids doctor or dealing with kids because she obviously doesnt know whats shes doing....

Worse Drs office ever! I had a 10:30 appt, I got here at 10:20 and here it is 11:30 and my son still havent been seen but the worse part is Im only here for a prescription refill
