My first visit went great. I went in for rosacea and while I was there I discussed and showed the dr other issues including sparse hair growth on my face so they scheduled an early appointment for a hair removal treatment. I returned for the appointment and was there before the employees. After they opened I went in and was asked if I wanted the whole face done I said yes thinking the first visit with the doc had me set up for what I needed. I was taken to a room and prepped for treatment. Mind you I had probably 40 hairs scattered in different places on my chin, jaw bone area and just under my chin (neck--the bump) The full face and neck and sideburns came to a total of $750. I found about their pricing when I stopped the girl from treating the area under my eyes which had no hair. That was when I found out about their ridiculous pricing. The doctor was not in of course and the receptionist accused me of telling her I wanted the whole face which included hair removal on my forehead, cheeks , under the eyes, sideburns and chin. The neck would be extra! Are you kidding me??? I was told they dont do consults to see what the patient might need and that It was up to me to find their brochure on the counter read it and tell them what I needed. I was so upset and wanted to let the doctor know about my experience --they said they would have her call. I left paying $275 because I stopped the treatment midway thru when they were treating areas where there was no hair. I felt totally taken advantage of and the doctor never called.

When I called to schedule an appointment to see if they took my insurance they never called back after a week went by, I called back and they told me that theyd called me a little later. At five oclock I went ahead called myself and they finally said they did take my insurance which I already knew because I had verified it before. So their online website had an old address and I was then told it wasnt the correct place so I called their office and let them know I would be running late for the apointment. The lady that answered was really rude and mentioned to me that if Id make it by 4:15pm because they stop design people at that time. I responded by saying depending on traffic it being my first time there I wasnt aware of their move nor was I told anything when I scheduled the apt. When getting their I felt uncomfortable and I waited. Then I see two people come in and say they had am apointment and it was 4:29pm and then after that another client came in as well and they told them out go ahead and take a seat and we will check you in. I was speechless, because they made me rush from the other side of town to get here before 4:15pm. Lets see how my actual visit goes hopefully better.

I was excited to find a place where they do Tattoo removals, the staff did not seen to know too much information on the Tatoo removal process. The first time everything went smooth, but I did hate that they made you use use metal goggles and you couldnt see what they were doing to you. The second time they burned me with the cooling machine they use to help numb the area. I then stated to get an infection and the Dr Magee said it was a fungal infection, which it was not! It was due to them burning me with the cooling machine and it was very irritated. My new dermatologist is helping me get it healed to continue the removal. Please dont come here for Tatoo Removals you will regret it!!!

I never thought I would need to see a dermatologist. I smashed my thumb and ended looking up the best reviews for a dermatologist in the area and made a decision to see Dr. Magee. My very first experience was handled with world-class customer service. The staff and Dr. Magee were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Best experience. I ended scheduling a secondary appointment for another procedure and had the same experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Magee and her staff are knowledgeable and professional, their customer service is outstanding. Dr. Magee immediately diagnosed my condition, explained the cause of my condition, and prescribed medication for treatment. With in a few days my skin was back to normal. I see a little difference in my first session of laser tattoo removal. I went back for my second session and I cant wait to see the progress. The girl who does my procedure is very nice and full of tips to help me. Im only doing this to lighten up my tattoo so I can get a cover up. I havent met the doctor but hopefully on my next visit I can speak with her on a few questions I have.

A friend of mine recommended I try this place after looking everywhere for a dermatologist that takes in new patients. The office staff was very friendly. This is the first time I have gone to a dermatologist, and I loved it! Dr. Magee and her staff are so friendly! I had to have a small procedure done to my face and was very nervous, her staff really eased me and Dr. Magee was so great! best doctor visit ever! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
