I have my first appointment coming up and already Im disappointed in the care of the staff answering the phone. I was on hold for 31 minutes and worried that pressing 1 to leave a message might prolong a response back from the office so I continued to wait.... With 31 minutes in I press 1 and get disconnected and wasnt even given the opportunity to leave that message. This is a horrible way to start a patient/doctor relationship. Very disappointing!

I had problems controlling my type2 diabetes for several years. Dr. Twahirwa changed my regimen and added a dexcom unit and my hemoglobin AC dropped 3 points in 6 months. He is a kind soft spoken man who uses all sorts of techniques to help you. I highly recommend him.

Extremely slow....waited hours with a sheduled appointment. Third visit (not by choice) and each time the wait is longer and staff up front more and more indifferent to my inquiries about the long wait
