Out of hospital need to make appt for follow up called that Monday morning 3 times no answer just machines that they will call you back no call back after a week. Call following week and they answered got put on hold for a good 10 min I hung up called back and was again put on hold for 6 min. I did get my appt lady was very friendly and helpful. Will leave feedback on office visit. Have a great day.

Called for days to get ahold of someone, when I finally got a ringtone no answer, left a voicemail..no return call. My mother is a nurse so its not often I need to see a doctor, and when someone finnnnallly answers ( after being on hold about 20 minutes) Im told I will have to wait a month to be seen.

Dr K. You really need to hire more staff to answer your phones. I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 days now. Either its busy, nobody answers or i get placed on hold for too long, This is ridiculous.

Do not go unless you have all day to wait. Appt was at 12:15 at 1:40 I left. Never saw Dr. So disrespectful of my time. Like I dont have anything to do but wait forever for him. What are appts for?
