Went in after several years of not having visiting a dentist. Dr. Chitre did not reprimand me or make me feel bad for not having gone to the dentist in such a long time. She did encourage me to have better oral hygiene and explained what I needed to be doing when I brushed and flossed. The entire office was extremely courteous and they hardly had any wait time. My younger sister also came in with me and she didnt have any complaints either! I liked that I was able to watch Netflix while I was getting worked on because I usually get bored. I also liked they gave me an option of choosing what flavor the cleaning would have. After the exam Dr. Chitre informed me I had four cavities that needed to be filled and Danny came up with a treatment plan for me and discussed all possible options with insurance and without it. They were very quick to get me in for my fillings appointment and when I went back for it the entire procedure was virtually painless. Dr. Chitre and Dany made sure I was comfortable and felt nothing the entire time, which was awesome! They even offered me a shot to reduce the amount of time my mouth was numb at no additional cost! I loved that they answered each and every one of my many questions and that they made sure exactly what I would feel and what to expect afterwards. When one of my fillings felt weird they scheduled me right away to get it looked at and they didnt charge me any additional cost to file it down a little more. All three times Ive had a great experience with the front office and with the doctor as well as the hygienist. They even offered filing a past claim for me that I had done before I was under my insurance plan. This office goes above and beyond in every single way. I have definitely found a dentist for life!!!

Just had my first visit here and it was great. Some dentists in Frisco seem to be taking full advantage of the economic boom here and will give quite the sales pitch. I was worried that would be the case with Stonebriar Family Dentistry, but it wasnt. There was a play area for my two little kids and the whole staff helped me keep them safe and happy. I think I might switch my kids to this dentist also. The place was clean and modern. Even fashionable (if youre concerned about that sort of thing). There were complementary drinks in the lobby. It may have just been because it was my first visit, but they just about gave me a whole gift basket along with the toothbrush and toothpaste when I left. The dental assistant took my x-rays, and then Dr. Chitre actually cleaned my teeth herself. She was very careful. I had a little gum pain, but that was my fault for not flossing enough (which I already knew before I went and which they were kind enough not to scold me for and just reminded me to do it in the future). The price seemed reasonable too. Always hard to know with different insurance plans and such, but it seemed to compare quite well with my last dentist and better than some other places in Frisco that I contacted. I did get a discount for my first visit, so Ill see what happens next time. I dont anticipate it will be overpriced. Overall, great visit! Im all excited to go back now. Gotta wait another six months though. :)

We visited Dr. Chitre and her awesome staff today for both of my daughters first dental visits. My kids and I loved Dr. Chitre, the staff and the office! They took great care of my girls and they both told me they loved going to the dentist! Pretty great for a first dental visit! They told me their favorite things were: playing in the kids area, using "mister thirsty" and watching cartoons while they had their teeth cleaned. It was an easy visit and the office is very comfortable and soothing. Dani, the office manager, was so accommodating with helping me get my husband scheduled and also letting us know about their in house family discount plan, which is great for us since we dont have insurance. Kristi, the Hygienist, kept my kids informed about what she was going to do and made it an easy (and a tooth tickling) appt. I could hear them giggling! Dr. Chitre is so calm and sweet. Her demeanor is so soothing and you just know your visits are going to be smooth sailing! We cant wait to go back and we cant thank yall enough!!

This dentist office is wonderful. The staff is extremely professional. When I was looking for a new dentist, I called and explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me and fit me in the same day. Dr. Chitre and her staff was very thorough with their explanation of the different services that I inquired about. Also, at the end of my treatment I was presented with a gift of excellent oral hygiene products as a new patient. This dentist is amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

Great experience! Highly recommend! A+ On my first visit, I was in & out in less than an hour. Pretty amazing for a dental visit! Staff was friendly and courteous. Ambiance is clean and professional. Dr. Chitre is very sweet, not to mention gentle :o) Theyre also up-to-date with 21st century technologies. Email & text message confirmations for your appointments, Facebook & Twitter business pages...refreshing to have a doctor involved in current technologies. Will definitely be going back!

Today was my first visit to a dentist since moving here from Chicago 6 months ago. I thought that Dr. Chitre and her staff were phenomenal! I had tooth sensitivity for the last year and my prior dentist said he didnt see anything. Dr. Chitre discovered that I had a crack in the tooth! Her dental assistant was so kind and knowledgeable as well. The dental office is beautiful, clean and is state of the art. My family and I have found our new dentist in Frisco, Texas.

My experience at Stonebriar Family Dentistry has always been both professional and detailed. From the smile I receive when I walk in to the prompt service I am given from all the staff. Dr. Chitre has built a great team around her. They are kind and professional just like her. They also provide excellent service in a clean and beautiful environment. I had been looking for a great dentist for a couple of years. I have finally found my dental home.

Amazing experience! This dentist office was friendly and accommodating. Able to get me in within a week. They were gentle and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me into anything, did not try to sell me extras. Gave an honest assessment. Plus gave me a gift bag of goodies for my teeth when I left, which was such a nice unexpected touch. This place will make it easy to stick to my regular 6 month visits. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was overall a really awesome dental experience and one of the best I have ever had. The assistants were very polite and welcoming and Dr. Chitre was very knowledgable and provided me with all of the information I needed regarding my procedure. If you are on the hunt for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Chitre and her staff, you wont be disappointed. I look forward to having her as my new family dentist
