Dr. Hucklebridge and his staff offer the best all-round dental experience I have ever had, and believe me, I have had many. I came to the practice with a mouth full of implants, bridges, crowns and a veneer on a front tooth that had just broken. I also had received conflicting opinions from two different dentists (one of them an oral surgeon) on how to address a tooth that had been extracted and was awaiting an implant. Dr. Hucklebridge was gentle, kind, and careful to explain various options that would address my needs, quoting several different possibilities and the prices associated with each. He took on the responsibility of contacting previous dentists so that he could research the use of existing implants to save me money. I put the reconstruction of my mouth in his capable hands and I am thrilled with the results. Seldom does a day go by that someone doesnt compliment me on my pretty smile or my beautiful teeth. His staff is the best ever. .Stephanie puts you at ease from the first phone call and before you know it, you are making statements like "my friend Stephanie says..." Amy is a caring and compassionate hygenist, has the latest state-of-the-art equipment and I find myself enjoying her company and the experience, something that was incomprehensible only a year ago. Laurie, the doctors chairside assistant, is excellent at helping you relax, explaining what is going on at the moment, and holding your hand when necessary. I love PSS and have introduced them to the next generation of my family, confident they will provide them with the best dental care available.

I was referred to Plano Smile Studio because I was about to undergo radiation treatement to the mouth and throat area due to cancer. The radiation can wreak havoc on your teeth, gums, the production of saliva, the ph balance, etc. so I had to be checked out to make sure everything in my mouth was okay before I could start treatment. Amy, Dr. Hucklebridges assistant, really knew her stuff. I had a complete exam and everything checked out. They made molds for my teeth so I could apply floride during and after the radiation treatment, as radiation severely disrupts the natural protection process. I have kept going to them because they dont try to sell me products everytime I visit, nor do they recommend work be done unless it really must be done (ever go to a new dentist and all of a sudden find that you need 2 crowns and 3 filings that your previous dentist didnt find? Yeah, right). Stephanie, the Office Manager, is great to work with regarding insurance and co-pays. I would highly recommend Plano Smile Studio to anyone.

If a 10 star rating were available for Dr. H, Laurie, Amy and Stephanie, I would be the first to give it for their professionalism balanced with personal warmth, their excellence in work balanced with "down home-ness", and their "team work". Have been going to them for YEARS... and would not go anywhere else... or trust my "mouth" to any other group! As wonderful as this team has been to me, yesterday, my gratitude doubled. I went with my niece and her mom to the office to see Dr. H. My niece was frightened, and yet excited to go to the appointment, though it meant the extraction of a tooth. Their treatment and interaction with this young girl won my heart all over again! This is a group of wonderful professionals of excellence who really care!

I started going to Plano Smile Studio about a year and a half ago when I had 4 wisdom teeth that had to come out. My previous dental experiences were pretty traumatic so I was terrified. Dr. Hucklebridge and his staff took such great care of me and I am happy to report that the experience was fantastic! In fact, I choose to have some elective cosmetic work done and could not be more pleased with the results. Plano Smile Studio has saved my smile and converted me from a person who avoided dental offices at all cost to a patient who gets cleanings once every 4 months. The whole staff at Dr. Hucklebridges office is great. I have spent most of my life with military dentists, and its great being around Dr. Hucklebridge and his staff. They point out the problems and how to correct them. I have never seen that in a dental staff, and its great. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for my appointement. They are very punctual. I was very impressed after I had my fillings done when Stephanie called me the next day and checked to see how I was doing. All around they are the best staff.
