Where do I begin...first I live in Lake Highlands, and I have a dentist approximately a quarter mile away from my house. The drive to this place is almost an hour away from me. I cannot begin to express how professional and caring this place is...my whole life I have always HATED to go to the dentist. This place changed my views completely. I came in on a Groupon for a cleaning because my benefits at my new job had not kicked in yet. My first experience was phenomenal...they did such a great job, my teeth looked great! They informed me that they would have to do a deep clean next time I came in. They were upfront about all the pricing and even offered me a discount if I wanted to get it done without insurance. Once my insurance kicked in I came in to get get that cleaning they advised for me. I was absolutely terrified at first...but through the whole process the whole staff was so caring!!! Dr. Levy talked to me through out the whole cleaning and it made time fly by like nothing. I have never had a better experience at the dentist!!!! But wait it doesnt stop there.... My follow up visit 3 months later (today)....I went in for a standard cleaning. "Beni" was my dental hygienist and performed the cleaning. She was very helpful and went out of her way to give way to answer every question I had and gave me the best advice to keep my teeth in good standing. After my visit I go up to the desk to pay my co-pay for my visit...Katie who was working the desk said they had a surprise for me? I was puzzled as to what they were talking about...since they already gave me a free toothbrush and all. They decided to make me the "Patient Of The Day", they were going to give me small gift card to treat myself to lunch...to my surprise they could not find the gift card, so they offered to cover the full co-pay for my visit which was $40!!! Its the little things like that can make someones day. Thank you so much Crystal Creek for such a TRULY EXCEPTIONAL experience. I look forward to being a long time customer and referring all my family and friends your way!

I have been going to crystal creek dentist for at least 5+years and have always had a wonderful experience. Before now I had gone for routine cleanings and wisdom teeth. I always knew exactly what to expect, great customer service, and minimal (if any) wait time. I had to get my first root canal with Dr. Bloom and was very disappointed with the entire process, beginning with minimal explanation of the process or expectations afterwards. Since I didnt really know what to expect (except for the horror stories i have heard from others) once dr bloom suggested IV sedation I was willing to schedule the procedure for the following Sunday at 8:00 Am. Somehow the iv sedation part was omitted from my treatment plan, and some other "emergency" procedure that got scheduled at my appointment time last minute delayed them getting my started by TWO and a HALF HOURS with little explanation!! And since I live 30 minutes away and my husband had to drive me for what was supposed to be no more than a 2 hour procedure he was stuck waiting around until after 2 PM for a procedure scheduled at 8:00!!!! I asked so many times if I would be OK to go to work the next day, and was told yes everytime. But after the procedure I was told I probably wouldnt want to go to work, but Im a physical therapist and have patients scheduled for weeks in advance, so I talk all day and cant just cancel on them last minute. I have always felt valued as a client of crystal creek until this experience!

Im going to tell you why you need to visit Crystal Creek Dental. One, they are open every day of the week for twelve hours a day. This is a big deal to me because taking time off work isnt an easy task. Being able to go after work or on the weekend is not only convenient but helps easy the stress of visiting the dentist. Two, the staff not only made me feel welcome but I felt confident in their professionalism. My last dental experience wasnt good and I refused to go back to that office because of their lack of professionalism. Charleeceya at Crystal Creek answered all my questions, talked me through every action she was completing, and let me know how my at home steps would factor into my healing and long term care. Three, they work with you if you dont have insurance. I used Groupon to purchase a cleaning from Crystal Creek and after the exam it was determined some previous work I had done at another dentist wasnt completed correctly. Because I dont have dental insurance, the office manager set up a plan for me to pay them over time that worked well with my budget and even gave me some savings on the procedure. For my money, I will be going back to Crystal Creek Dental when I need my teeth taken care of.

My Experience with Crystal Creek Dental was HORRIBLE! I went there for a minor filling replacement and instead they come back with a 6,000.00 treatment plan. 6 months ago I went there for a MINOR FILLING and the Doctor told me not to worry about it, that it could wait, "Lets Do This Instead", I go ahead and let them do the other instead of what I WANTED, and now from NOT getting the MINOR FILLING it has escalated into a ROOT CANAL/ Crown, which at the initial visit was only a small filling... Crystal Creek Dental is a SCAM! They will NOT do what you ask, but instead do what they want by tricking you into OVER PRICED DENTAL PLANS ... I could go on about Crystal Creek, but will let you find out yourself if you decide to use them.. My STRONG SUGGESTION is to STAY AS FAR AWAY from this Dental Practice as Possible and seek help elsewhere! P.S., while I was in the office, I noticed several people leaving feedbacks for Crystal Creek Dental that where working behind the counter---WHAT A JOKE! They cant even except HONEST FEEDBACKS, they have to have there friends and family members do it for them.... GOOD LUCK and YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

While my friend Daniel Stephens was in town visiting from England, one of his teeth broke down to the gum. Fortunately enough, Crystal Creek Dental was understanding of the situation and had us come in immediately to provide him relief. Dans prior experience with dentist in England left him with some fear, however just walking into the atmosphere of Crystal Creek Dental his nerves calmed slightly while receiving a greeting from the professional staff. Once he was brought back to the room, the team went to work on giving Dan relief until Dr. Le was able to assess the situation. Shortly after, Dr. Le knew immediately what it would take, explained to Dan what needed to happen, and made the procedure as pain free as possible. Afterwards the team provided information on post-op care, and if anything was to come up to call Dr. Le personally on his cell phone. Now what Dentist would do that! Amazing staff, professional, comforting, and above all the people you want to take care of you. Thank you Crystal Creek Dental for making the experience as stress free, and pain free as possible.

My experience with the dental staff was awesome, however I can not provide a good review- the billing staff was and still is terrible- I went to the office Oct 2016, I explained to the billing staff that I have primary and secondary insurance- I was told that I had to pay upfront for services and get refunded by my insurance provider, I understood the process and agreed. My insurance provider informed me they sent the dentist my refund, I continued to understand- I called the billing office to confirm the date theyd send my refund and was told they would give me a credit on my account for future services- at this point a little irratated- Explained I dont plan on having additional services right now and only want my refund- Billing staff said "Sure youll receive by the end of Jan." Wellllllllll its the end of Jan and I just spoke with the billing staff and was told itcould take a few more months, needless to say Im pissed- Theyve been paid by my insurance and by myself this is just unacceptable.
