Dr. Robinson has treated my dogs and cats for almost 30 years. I wouldnt trust them to anyone else. Shes compassionate and well qualified. She is not afraid to go the extra mile to consult with other veterinarians if need be. On more than one occasion, she has saved the lives of my pets and rejoiced along with us in their improvement. At those times that the only solution was to make the awful decision to send my loves to the rainbow bridge, she has cried with us, as well. She is an EXCELLENT doctor and her staff - who has been with her for many, many, many years - are all top notch. This clinic is bright, clean and always fresh smelling. The "shop" cats that greet you are rescues that were treated, healed and given a safe, loving environment to live out their days. Id be lucky to come back in life as one of those kitties. I currently have 4 cats and 3 dogs. They range in age from 2 years old to 14 years old. They are all in excellent health thanks to the care of Dr. Robinson and the employees at 190 Animal Clinic.

We have seen Dr Robinson for approximately 15 years. Through the loss of long time loved ones given to us for their lifetime to ones on loan for short stays in our lives. She has treated them all with love and compassion that only someone who truly cares for animals can do. Anyone who posts she is in this to make big bank is lying. She does run a business with employees and overhead costs do she cannot give away her services, although I suspect she does her share of that. I have never paid more than what I thought was fair. Besides, the servants heart this staff has cant be purchased.

Brought in my rescue dog who had very bad teeth and breath to have his mouth checked out. The doctor explained he needed to have the loose teeth pulled plus cleaning also had a serious mouth infection which required 14 days of antibiotics. He also wasnt neutered and had one ball that didnt fall, she explained the cancer risks with keeping it inside his body. I took him in to have his teeth cleaned and pulled as well as neutering him. My baby is a new dog, he is so playful and rambunctious after surgery. I thank the doctor for taking such great care of my baby!

Took my dog into the vet for a normal checkup. They didnt let me back with him, which I thought was strange, but I didnt insist. When we brought him back to be neutered, they didnt give him pain meds. When we called, they protested that "It was just an ordinary neuter". Except it wasnt: he had an undescended testicle they had to surgically remove. Even if it was, who doesnt give pain meds to a dog after surgery? We wont be going back to this place.

Weve been going to this clinic for 12 years. Dr. Robinson is very compassionate and continues to educate herself in the use of new medical practices. The staff is very friendly, and the the facility is always clean and doesnt smell like a kennel (like some vet offices Ive visited in the past). Theyve even cried with us at the loss of our pets. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past 7 years and my parents have brought their dogs here for the past 18 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my dogs. Dr. Robinson is AMAZING and the staff is fantastic. They are always very helpful and Dr. Robinson will always try the most natural, cost effective mode to situations if possible.

We have been taking our pets to see Dr. Robinson for the past 15 years. I love her and her staff. You can tell that she loves animals. She treats all of our babies just as if they were one of hers. Highly recommend Dr. Robinson to everyone!!!

Terrible experience, unnecessary trips to the clinic office (somebody sure likes to collect on those fees!), a Dr. who makes things up as she goes along...sorry - our business and our pets have moved elsewhere. -Dont go here.
