I dont ever see his pediatrician My son has been going since he was 6 months and I saw her once.. and hes 3 I used to love this place because of a nurse named robin who was truly a blessing but she left Ever since then.. I recieved some bad experiences with my sons care Recently in june They prescribed him a steriod instead of an antibiotic even though they said he would be on antibiotics and he got another uti a week after because of this mistake.. I understand people make mistakes.. but it affected my son and to see him in agonizing pain because someone failed to prescribe him the right medication broke my heart. All I had to offer him was hugs during his extreme discomfort and screams. It was so terrible. This was a traumatizing experience for my family and has jeopardized our trust in this facility. Im giving it a 2 because of how quickly you can schedule an appt.. But please... verify with the pharmacy on the types of medications you are picking up for your child.

I love my RCC, Mayfield. The staff here is always willing to help, and exceeds in going the extra mile. Christal is super awesome, extremely informative. As a parent Iam extremely happy with my choice in switching pediatricians. RCC rocks!!!

I didnt get to see the Dr, but the "clinic" looks dirty, there was a roach crawling on the wall for it to b a childrens clinic it looks messy and unacceptable. Staff r rude. and do not know their job. I had to walk away
