Dr.jacob did a good job with taking care of my baby and checking him out BUT! I absolutely did not like the fact that she commented on my age and my current situation. she came in the room a few minutes after her asking me questions about the baby she asked me personal questions like how old i was which I didnt think much of the question so I answered she said Id looked much younger than 23 she then asked if Id had a natural birth I said it was c section she asked if Id had anyone to help me I answered no as far as getting around goes, she then asked me about the father and I told her he wasnt around she then made a (pity) face ,which I ignored, and went on to say "every child needs his father ..." and she also asked who I was living with I answered my 20 yr old brother she then made another face and said "two teens living together...next time youll want to wait and make better decisions..." took me leaving the place to fully process what had happened but I feel it was none of her business to give her opinion on someone elses life decisions when unasked seeing the fact that she has no idea what my situation is and what happened w/the father also the place was dirty and the heat was not on so a bit chilly considering its freezing outside the front desk lady seemed as if she hated her job I didnt get not one smile from her and also when taking down my babys information such as weight, head circumference, etc, she wrote it on a white blank paper, not a former but a white blank paper?? I would think a business as such would have a formal to fill out? Anyways needless to say, I wont be going back for my babys second visit! He will be getting a new pediatrician

I took my two kids to this office just because of the reviews. I was a walk-in and the frontdesk girl with the glasses rolled her eyes at me when I said I didnt had an appointment. For just three patients, we waited for 20 to 25 minutes. My one year old instead of been weighted on the small scale she was weighted on the floor scale for the older kids and the girl didnt even held her right that she ended falling on the ground. The doctor seemed nice at first but my kid had strep and the medicine she gave her was more like a generic medicine. That is given If she is allergic to anything, it tasted terrible. I called the office to have it changed and they were so rude, this frontdesk girl was no help so I had her give the phone to the doctor. Dr Jacob just said there is no other medicine... Lies. I ended up at the hospital cause the strep lasted for 3 weeks and the doctor there said the medicine she was given is rarely prescribed, so she prescribed another one. I took her back to Dr. Jacobs a second time and still had the strep after almost a month of been sick. She just prescribed more medicine , no referral to a specialist or anything. I even mentioned to her this is becoming a condition been the 5th time this year she gets sick. Change doctors immediately was given a referral and had her tonsils removed. Worst decision ever going to this office.

I have been going to Dr. Jacob for 3 years now and I absolutely love her!! Before I found her, I had been trying to find a doctor that actually cared about me and my kids. I drive from Fort Worth to come see her, and would follow her anywhere she went. One of the biggest reasons I love her and her staff is they treat me and my kids like family, they know who we are and will even call to check on them on times when they are really sick. When I first came to see her, my son had really bad bronchitis and it was so nice of her to offer a nebulizer and show me how to use it while giving my son his first treatment in office. Also if we have and appointment or not we never have to wait long, we are in and out within the hour. She answers any question I have, regardless of how silly it is, and never judges me for any reason. She is personable, funny and has a huge heart. Plus right before school starts when she does the yearly exam she gives us school supplies! That is just one of the many ways she goes above and beyond for us and all her patients!

I dont do vaccines in my 2-year-old daugther, and the doctors I called didnt took my baby because of that. Jacobs Pediatrics gave me an appointment the same day and didnt matter if my baby had vaccines. The service was beyond excellent. The staff was amazing. ******************************* 9/17/2016 Sad to say, but this place is a shame. I went yesterday and they (the doctor and the front desk personnel) lied to me to have me buy a machine that cost me $140.00. They said I couldnt get it any where else, and if I did it would be more expensive. This is the last time Ill go there. I havent opened the bags, and now they tell me they couldnt get it back because they [are so dumb and stupid] cant tell if I have used it or not. The front desk "monigote" said she only follow the doctors instructions. This is worst experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. Theyre selling things to patients like in any store would do. Do they do the same with prescriptions? Do they "sell" you a diagnostic?, do they "sell" you the medicines youll "need"?

Finding the perfect Dr for your baby is tough because you have to be able to trust someone with your child and I can honestly say Dr. Jacobs is the one to go to! When my son was born I took him to this other Dr for the first couple of visits and I didnt like her so I was looking for a new pediatrician for him, I was referred by two moms to Dr Jacobs and decided to give her a try and let me just say I LOVE the way they treat us there. Especially the way they treat my son. I love how you can also do walk ins, so as soon as I see something isnt right with my son I call and head over there right away. I also love how they dont keep you in the waiting room for a really long time, as soon as you get there they call you in right away. Ive never had any problems here and theyve been seeing my son since he was a couple months old, he is now about to be 3 and isnt scared to go to the Dr. Thank you Dr Jacobs for always taking care of our little guy!

I dont ever do ratings but Jacob Pediatrician deserves it ...Really good pediatrician! I drive 40 minutes just to take my children to Jacobs pediatrician and its worth the drive i really recommend her and her staff is awesome and very sweet!!... Les recomiendo esta clinica para sus hijos es muy buena doctora y hablan español sus ayudantes son bien amables con los niños les tienen paciencia !

Worse service ever!!!! Worse service ever!!!! Worse service ever!!!! I toke my son here because of good reviews, and Asthma service. Dr Parayil Anita Jacob smells like cigarettes very rude, ugly and aggressive. They refuse to fill out or give me my sons forms for school and even do a Release of Medical Records, & provide with more meds for my son. I would call to speak with Dr Parayil Anita Jacob and she would hang up the call. I had to go above and beyond, I called 911 to meet me at the clinic to at-least give me the records I was asking for, since they didnt want to fill out the forms! Thank you 911! If it wasnt for them I wouldnt of had any records! If i could do 0 starts i would, but unfortunately i cant do it enable to post my review..
