I have gone to this Dr for awhile now and today will be the last time I ever go back. The wait staff are terribly rude and not particularly helpful. Every time I went, no matter what time my appointment was, I waited an average an hour before I got to see the PA. This is the wait for just the PA. Good luck if you want to actually see Perkins. He is booked up at least 3 months in advance. They also try to up-sell you when you visit. They seem to want to run needless tests and sign you up to see other doctors for services they dont offer, on referral. Do yourself a favor and go find a practice that treats its patients with respect and values their time.

My husband has gone here for over 1 year. When he first started going the wait was OVER 1hr..... Then shortened the wait to 45 mins. My husband is on call for work, I spoke with the office manager, And she said no problem as long as we get a call before the appointment you wont be charged $35.00 no show. Every time i rescheduled they still felt the need to charge 35.00$ , The office staff is SO rude... I have never went to a dr with such rude staff... Leaves a BAD taste in my mouth, I am now switching my husband to a different dr. Dont let yourself get stuck with bad service by the doctor office.

Dr Perkins is one of the most caring and understanding Drs I know. Ive had several personal issues that Dr P handled with nothing but class. Yes, he does spend time with patients, and listens to what people are saying. Unlike other doctors tha wanna rush you in and out. Im truly grateful for what Dr Perkins has done for me and my struggles. Hes a good man in a tough world! And for the record, his staff has always been good to me. And Ive never waited too long either.

Best, most thorough doctor for my sons (17-21) and me. Dr. Perkins spends a lot of time with each patient and you never feel rushed. The office staff has not always been stellar, but they have been working to correct this. The nurses, and PA are good and I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a well informed doctor who develops solid dr/patient relationships with his clients.

Very Impressive first visit, the Dr was very through, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining things. Office personal were competent and the medical assistants were cheerful and IMO did their jobs well. No waiting.

Dr. Perkins is so knowledgeable and listens when you are in his office. He is always ready to get to the cause of your problem. His staff is wonderful and all of them are caring.
