Poor service if i could give them 0 stars i would. You cant say you take walk ins until 2pm when you walk in at 10 am and wait till 2:30 pm for the lady to tell you that you couldnt fit into the schedule. I wasnt making an appointment I had asked if they took walk ins, they couldve simply said no instead of wasting my precious time i couldve been using to take my business elsewhere. My advice to you all with sick children that need medical attention, DO NOT TAKE YOUR SICK CHILDREN HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL MAKE NO EFFORT INTO GETTING TO YOU ASAP.

Siempre me atienden a tiempo y la doctora de mis bebés abla español y es una buena ayuda así le preguntó como estan mis hijos y no necesitó un intérprete para comunicarme con eya acerca de la salud de mis hijos y eso es una buena ventaja

My 3 month old son has been going here since he was born. Dr Heardmon is a great pediatrician that listens to my concerns and addresses each of them patiently. The staff are very courteous and the wait is always less than 1 hour. My son got his shots and blood test/pku done here as well. I can schedule appointments with ease when I call several days in advance.

Horrible experience and I dont recommend it. I had to wait 1 1/2 hour for two of my kids to be seen wirh appointment and for my 3rd child to be seen on the same day i had to wait for a cancellation which could take all day . Such a non sense procedure specially when I have to go to triage and room with all 3 kids . I switch Doctor after this experience

I had the best experience at this clinic. Front staff are very kind and welcoming. The office was very clean and waiting time was less than an hour. Dr. Heardmon took care of my concerns that I had with my Nephew. I love the staff I give great feed back I hope you guys have the same experience I had.

The wait time is terrible but its worth the wait because the doctor is patient, he answers every question, and he takes his time instead of rushing in and out. I hate that I can never get through on the phone some days I hope they fix that soon because its annoying.

Ridiculous. This office scheduled me an appointment for my son @ 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 & was told to leave because they had us at 1:15! Not okay. I missed work and he missed school because they messed up.

The doctor is very thorough. wait time is sufficem i love the place. Even though the facility accepts medicaid, it is pleasurable. Ibswitched here from a pediatric doctor I have used for iver 13 Yrs.

Love this clinic! Dr and PA are awesome, staff is very friendly. Wait time is usually less than one hour and I am always able to book same day appointments.
